Reggie was great. Helpful, informative, and friendly.
Hector was our repair man. He was patient, detailed and friendly. He took me through step by step what he was doing and was willing to be flexible with our follow up appointment. Really appreciate him keeping me informed so I had a sense of what we were paying for and what our expectations could be.
Our go-to for appliance repairs. The scheduling and coordinators are amazing. The technicians are always very professional. Robert answered all our questions, gave us insight on things to be on the lookout for, and options for when/where we could purchase our next professional grade fridge. Thanks for the great service fix it guy team!
Our dryer was not dryer as efficiently as it had been. They came within a few business days, were on time, friendly, easy to work with, and found our problem within 10 minutes. Would absolutely use again.
Overall, I had a good experience using Fix-it Guy to repair my dryer. It was easy to communicate with the company and schedule an appointment. The...
It took 3 visits to find and fix the issue, which was a simple one. Meanwhile, on the 2nd visit, I was told I needed a plumber to totally fix the problem. So, an unnecessary $350 later, the appliance still wasn't working and I needed a 3rd visit from Fix It. That said, they were very responsive in scheduling a repair and their technicians were very nice, but not at $600 (plumber plus Fix It charges) for a simple issue.
Robert came within agreed window time, and fixed my washing machine in about 10-15 minutes. He has a personable yet professional demeanor. I’ll absolutely recommend his company! Price was reasonable and I’m back in business w/ no more trips to the laundromat!
Miguel knew immediately that my washing Machine was beyond repair- replacing the needed part would only give me one more year at most- hard to hear but he didn’t try to sell me unnecessary work.
Vey professional. I would recommend this business
Great experience. Fixed the problem quickly and pricing was fair. Would recommend and definitely have them out again.
Excellent service on garbage disposal.
Outstanding experience. Quick and affordable repair.
Eric was honest with me about the cost of my repairs being nearly the cost of buying a new washer/dryer, which I appreciate.
