My technician Patric had great customer service. He initially came in to fix a washer leak, but amidst fixing this problem he noticed that our duct was in bad shape so he attempted to address this. The next day we noticed that our dryer was not working normally, so I contacted Patric and asked if he could come back out, in which he did, at no cost. Long story short, it was a very difficult job but he did everything he could to fix the situation. It seems to be running normally, but he said if I notice anything wrong that he'd come right back out. This is the type of service that gives me confidence in wanting to continue working with this company.
Miguel came to take a look at my oven. He was on time, polite and extremely helpful.
Robert explained everything, came with the part that needed replacement, and fixed our microwave, testing it twice just to make sure!!

Fit It Guy was able to fit me in same day. Great communication prior to the service call; clear and thorough explanations of what was wrong and steps to resolve the issue. Provided detailed repair quote and suggested contacting LG for part to save money. Ultimately, LG covered the repairs, but I will definitely call them for any future service needs.
