Patric is always so helpful and honest with us about what we need to do and what to keep in mind. We appreciate his hard work and candor.
Miguel was pleasant, efficient, and extremely helpful.
Service technician was very helpful.
It was diagnosed by the company as an issue of the drain component of the washer which it has to be replaced. As a result, my tenants had to arranged two times revisit of the fixing and the washer still cannot drain by itself. As the person who paid for this service, I have texted a few times ask how is the result and whether it worked. No one responded(they were quite actively response before the first visit) and the technician just left without making sure the washer can function properly.
We love these guys! Hassle free experience every time! They came back in 2020 to fix our LG dryer and then they just came to fix the pump in our LG washer today. We gave them the error code and told them what part we thought needed to be replaced ahead of time. The guy brought the replacement part on the first visit and fixed it on the spot. So grateful to have this washer fixed so quickly! They literally took the appliance completely apart (there were so many pieces everywhere - quite impressive) each time they came, fixed the issue, and reassembled. Quick, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Fix It Guy!

The technician was ON TIME (!!) friendly and fixed the issue so quickly I was stunned. I’m so impressed with their quick service and helpful attitudes I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing appliance services :) Really A+ service
Pat was very helpful and kind and got our dishwasher working in no time. He also cleaned up the mess our leaking dishwasher made!
