Miguel came over on time. He was polite, knowledgeable, honest and transparent in his pov about two failing appliances and what we should do about them. I left feeling that I’d gotten really helpful advice that moved me immediately forward in my fixes. Will definitely use these guys again. They are honest, fair and helpful.

He arrived on time and let me know exactly what he was doing and then offered to return the following day to check on the refrigerator.

Called on Saturday when my washing machine stopped working and I tried troubleshooting per manual Fixit Guy techs were able to diagnose my issue and get the needed replacement part. Jacob and his trainee showed up Monday to repair my washer. Great communication throughout process. Work was completed within a hour. Took care with the machines and floor. showed me diagnostic tips for next time. Very pleased !
