  Special place!!

  There are not many places that have a special magic. For me, this is one of them. Being at home where you have never been before. Sounds crazy, but that's how it felt. Gaia is beautifully and quietly located in the middle of nature and captivates with its special simplicity and clarity. The love in this place emanates from its wonderful host.   Unforgettable Experience !!!!

  The meditation retreat at Gaia House was an amazing experience! All went above my expectations thanks to Yitmar and his spiritual teachings and Anat who shared a lot of her own experience and encouraged us to open our hearts. I loved how the daily program was run and I loved that we not only sticked to the schedule but did some spontaneous beautiful walks. During this retreat I managed to disconnect and relax and I learned a lot about mediation and new techniques to improve my practice. I also need to mention the amazing food that was served during the retreat, delicious and beautifully presented by Eran. I met an amazing group of people who made this experience even more memorable!

  We all need such a break !!!

  I was looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature to relax, detach from the outer world and connect with my inner-self. And I found it! Gaia Yoga Retreat gives you that peace of mind that everything is okay, you don't have to rush to do anything but just go with the flow. Listen to your body, breathe consciously, move naturally and feed your body with healthy food, good talks and vibes.   Amazing experience!

  Die wunderschöne Natur und ruhige Umgebung sind bezaubernd. Eran ist der perfekte Gastgeber, sein veganes Essen ist mit ganz viel Liebe zubereitet, extrem lecker und bekömmlich. Die Herzlichkeit, Respekt und Liebenswürdigkeit mit der man empfangen und umsorgt wird, sind überwältigend. Ich empfehle das Gaia Retreat House nicht nur für Retreats sondern auch für Fortbildungen und privat Reisende. Zur Erholung, um aufzutanken, sich wieder zu erden oder einfach glücklich zu sein. Es fühlt sich an wie nachhause kommen, nicht wie in der Fremde.

  The beautiful nature and quiet surroundings are enchanting. Eran is the perfect host, his vegan food is prepared with a lot of love, extremely tasty and wholesome. The warmth, respect and kindness with which you are welcomed and cared for are overwhelming.   Highly Recommend Gaia

  I highly recommend attending a retreat at Gaia. First, the space is tucked away in beautiful, never-ending green forest. Eran was so welcoming and truly made it a point to make you feel at home. You had access to anything you needed and the space felt so warm and cozy.
  
  The daily schedule for the meditation retreat was full, however very flexible in your participation. Extra offerings of practice were given throughout the weekend as well as many walks and hikes included.
  
  Ytamar was our meditation guide for the weekend and he offered a wealth of knowledge. This retreat is truly great for beginners, experienced and advanced meditators. You will leave the weekend with the ability to truly implement your meditation practice with confidence and/or deepen your current practice.
  
  Eran prepared incredible vegan meals each day with true love and care. I will definitely begin integrating some of his recipes into my own meals. We had access to snacks (fresh fruit, nuts and tea) throughout the day.
  
  What truly turned this retreat into an extraordinary experience were the people who quickly became a community within hours of meeting. We were able to get to know each other on a deep level due to the quality time spent together over the weekend.

  Fantastic atmosphere & profound experience

  Complete rejuvenation

  While going into my retreat at Gaia, I didn't have a lot of expectations. But the whole experience, from yoga classes to hospitality and food, made me fall into love with this place. The slow-mo yoga classes by Bea focused a lot on physical and mental well-being. The rooms and common area were spacious and super clear. The vegan food was carefully and lovingly prepared by Eran. I can't thank them both enough for this completely rejuvenating experience.

  Ich habe hier ein tolles Yoga Retreat besucht. Der Gastgeber Eran ist ein unglaublich herzlicher Gastgeber, der wirklich möchte, dass sich alle wohlfühlen. Es ist eine tolle familiäre Atmosphäre. Das vegane Essen, das er mit viel Hingabe selbst kocht, schmeckt einfach super lecker. Außerdem stehen viele verschiedene Teesorten zur Verfügung. Die Kombination Yoga Sessions, Natur und tolles Essen, lassen einen super zur Ruhe kommen. Die Yogalehrerin kann ich genauso loben.   It was my first time on a yoga retreat and all expectations and hopes were exceeded. The surroundings of the house are beautiful. Quiet nature. The food is so full of love and perfectly tailored to what the retreat is supposed to be about.
  Yoga. Work on yourself. Profundity. 
  I learned so much and was able to “tie up so many loose threads” so that a process could be triggered and started. I am very grateful for that.

  Such a lovely experience

  My husband an I had a perfect long weekend at Eran's house. We went for the 4 days Meditation Retreat with our inspiring teacher Ytamr. He is a very special soul who opens up a beautiful view on the wold.
  We were served the most delicious vegan food I have ever tasted. Eran is a genius in the kitchen and with his big open heart and soul he made us feel at home.
  The walks around the house in the woods and at Frau Holle were super interesting and beautiful.

  A Gift To Myself

  I wish I was still at Gaia! This was my first yoga retreat and I couldn't be more delighted with the overall experience. I would say the main feeling present in the house is LOVE. Eran greeted us with a warm hug , like we were family coming home. Gaia House itself is so warm and welcoming, filled with sunlight and the aroma of delicious food being prepared throughout the day. The endless supply of teas, waters, fresh fruits and healthy snacks ensured we were never hungry. And the meals!! Eran is truly a master at creating flavourful, nutritious and satisfying vegan meals. It's obvious how much pleasure he gets from serving his guests "love on a plate". I don't have much experience with vegan cuisine but after my time at Gaia, I'm eager to try my hand at some of the recipes available on the Gaia blog.
  In addition, the yoga sessions with Anjuly have forever transformed the way I think about yoga. She teaches in a unique style which is exactly what I needed now - combining yoga and meditation but also teaching her yoga students the science and philosophy surrounding yoga which I found fascinating. I learned so much in a short time and would love to continue with wonderful Anjuly!
  In our free time, we were welcome to enjoy the relaxing sauna; hike in the beautiful forest behind the house; relax in the comfortable lounge area (with a wood burning fire!) and while away some time, chatting and enjoying peaceful camaraderie.
  It all ended far too soon but I left feeling recharged - a transformative experience . I would love to make this an annual gift to myself . I highly recommend Gaia Retreat and all the gifts it has to offer. Thank you so much, Eran and Anjuly xo

  Unforgettable experience!!

  To say I had major withdrawal symptoms after my first GAIA Yoga Retreat would be an understatement: with so much love, care and attention to detail all weekend, it would be hard not to have them.
  The combination of all things GAIA, made this particular retreat so special:
  be it my stunning autumnal arrival at Gaia Retreat House, the immediate warmth in Eran's welcome hug, my cosy room with its fluffy doona, the charming feel to the house itself with its tiled fireplace in the lounge room and the light-filled dining room, where the endless array of delicious dishes not only pleased the eye but surprised and delighted the palate. Highest praise to our host, Eran, whose self-expressed mission in life "to spread the love", has certainly completed the brief. Sensational!!
  As for the yoga, what a gift having Anjuly as our instructor/teacher/mentor/friend all wrapped into one, to accompany us on this four-day journey. Exceptional, inspirational, supportive and sometimes surprising yoga at every session. Anjuly gave each of us access to the tools we needed to go deeper into our practice, irrespective of yoga experience, and brought together a bunch of strangers and turned us into a loving circle of trusted friends.

  Re-charge, re-focus, enjoy!

  It was a very spontaneous decision to take part in a Meditation Retreat at Gaia Retreat House beginning October. This place is sooo wonderful! Eran is very welcoming, the atmosphere in the house is very calm and nurturing. I liked the daily schedule, it was well structured with different meditation techniques to experience, guided and non-guided meditations and gentle yoga in between. Ytamar is such a gentle and wise soul. I especially liked the daily morning walks with meditation sessions outside, surrounded by beautiful nature. Not to forget: Eran’s Love-on-a-plate. Tasty, colourful, nurishing food! This was my first retreat and I really enjoyed it and can recommend it 100%. I left a lot more grounded and energized! It was an amazing experience! Thank you! ❤️
