A massive note of thanks to the MJ Ryder team. We've had reduced/no hot water for the best part of a month. Our previous heating engineers having visited 3 times were unable to fix the problem, however, the MJ Ryder team found the problem and quickly rectified it. 5 star service! Called this company as our boiler died on us and they were amazing. Had a replacement boiler quote to me that same day and it was fitted two days later. Rian in the office was incredibly helpful and friendly. Stephen who fitted the boiler was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job tidying up afterwards. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I have been using this company for over ten years. They are reliable and provide an excellent service. My central heating boiler broke on New Years Eve. Ryders had an engineer on my doorstep first thing on New Years Day, and he got it working. It did need replacing, some weeks later, which they carried out with their usual efficiency. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the service they provide is great. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Arrived promptly for an initial assessment of a problem with hot water in a house we had just moved into and asked us to monitor over the next few days. On a second visit (no second call out fee) they listened to our feedback and got stuck in to resolving the issue satisfactorily.
Also, very friendly and helpful staff on the phones at their offices.
I was extremely impressed with this company. We recently replaced our central heating system and the company were amazing. Everyone was polite and courteous. The house was left tidy at the each day that the workmen were at our house. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of my dealings with everyone at this firn. The foreman ,Steve, was knowledgeable and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.
