After a number of problems with trying to make a booking to have a radiator fitted, Amanda Ryder gave the job her personal attention and really pulled out all the stops to make sure we were satisfied. We are now very pleased with our new warm bathroom, and are very impressed with the quality of workmanship. Thanks to Amanda for all her help.
Imagine the peace of mind you have when you run an eight bedroom Guest House and the water pressure fails before breakfast and you can ring M J Ryder at 8 am, someone is with you by 9.20, has worked out the problem and resolved it by lunch time. An older couple, of my acquaintance, that I was doing a job for this morning, were having problems with their boiler. They phoned MJ Ryder and were told that no engineers were available. Most firms, I believe, would have left it there but Rhianne (I hope I've spelt that right) was not only pleasant and helpful, she was also knowledgeable and just as importantly, bothered. She talked me through the relatively simple process of re-pressurising the system and the heating was back on in about 5 minutes. In a nutshell, they gave time and expertise, for free, to help out. That's my kind of "Black Friday" deal. Massively well done.�
Great service when our boiler broke down over Bank Holiday weekend. Super-speedy first visit, had to order a part but this was done at the first opportunity. Friendly, helpful service. Thank you.
Called M J Ryder today as my heating was out of action. They were so helpful and knowledgable that I was able to fix it myself with their advice. Would highly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.
On behalf of my friend ... moved in recently and had problems with boiler. Never had to deal with before as previously rented. Ryders were recommended for a service, which unfortunately turned out to require a new boiler. Could not fault how quickly they diagnosed the problem. Didn't string me along with fruitless repair attempts and had a new boiler installed the day after we decided it was needed. I am disabled but have no reason to think the service would be any less for an able bodied person. Lovely workmen and they left everything as clean as they found it. Would recommend to anyone. They also offer future service and repair and 10 year warranty
