Just had some work done on our heating system by Ryders. Excellent service at a good price. The two guys that carried out the work were friendly, polite and very obliging. They told us exactly what they were doing through the day and worked very hard. My daughter recommended them to us and said they are a brilliant company. She is right.

The annual boiler servicing was carried out today with the usual high standards. What was especially impressive was the arrival of an apprentice under the tutelage of the gas engineer. Really great to see a young man undergoing his (5 year?) apprenticeship.

Spot on! Engineer arrived on time & completed the service efficiently. Nothing else required, because the Vaillant boiler was fitted by MJR and has always been serviced by MJR - and they are obviously very good at what they do.
MJ Ryder have been servicing my boiler for several years. Very pleased with the service we get. A once a year boiler service and call out if anything goes wrong. Because of the regular annual service, call outs are rare, if at all. The service plan is reasonably priced and suits our needs.
We've also had our boiler replaced over the years and new radiators fitted. The engineers respect our property and give a great service.
A very efficient business polite punctual and very tidy will use again.
Have used MJ Ryder since I bought the house in 2018, every Engineer that has attended for the annual boiler service has been brilliant, genuinely can't recommend this Company highly enough, Engineer came back today to fit a part to the boiler to make it easier to open and close, cracking service, thank you
I am very unhappy to be invoiced for work that is clearly covered under warranty. A pump fitted as part of a boiler and hot water tank replacement failed after 18 months and the HIVE controls fitted 3 months ago was found to be incorrectly wired and not controlling hot water. After replacement of pump and correction of HIVE wiring I received an invoice for a significant sum. The engineer who finally attended to correct the work was excellent but the same cannot be said for the engineers who attended previously.
I recently needed a new boiler fitted and chose MJ Ryder to do this, having had previously good experiences using them. They turned up promptly, were really great guys and got on with the job promptly. They got the system up and running very quickly, flushed the system through and carried out the necessary checks all before the end of the day. The whole experience went really well and I had a fully working system once again. A great firm to work with. I’m a very happy customer and I would not hesitate to recommend.
