Chad is the best! His apartment photos and floorplans are always beautiful, professional, and spot-on. He’s incredibly flexible and always accommodating when it comes to fitting us in. We truly appreciate his reliability and the quality of his work—highly recommend!
Chad made this by far one of the easiest processes! Super great at communicating and makes sure you're getting what you want/need and not more.
I recently hired Listing Tunnel and Chad to create a website on an upcoming home I am listing to sell. He was thorough from the first communication about the value of the services he provides, and an indepth explanation about how I may use these tools to provide expert marketing for the home. The experience has been educational and beneficial for the marketing aspect as well as my own business practices. The quality and care he puts into the shoot is unwavering and he has an eye for detail which is valuable in the job.
I highly recommend this company to promote anything you want to market, although reluctantly because I want to keep these tools to market, this next level of professionalism to myself! There is no one else that will go to now that I have had the opportunity to work with the best.
Absolutely wonderful to work with! The best customer service I have had with a photographer. Quick turnaround time and excellent photos. I will continue to use!
Hi Peter,
The photos are wonderful! WOW! Please thank Chad for us.
Leah, please thank Chad for me and tell me how much my family enjoyed his photos ... "making my house look nicer than it is." One's children never stop surprising with comments.
I have been using Listing Tunnel for all of my Matterport and Real Estate photography for about 7+ years now and I am continuously blown away by the quality and care put into their work. I am constantly being contacted by other realtors asking me who does my photos and marketing and I'm so excited to refer Chad to everyone. His work is exceptionally superior to most and very affordable in comparison! It's such a gift in this overly inflated world we live in. Listing Tunnel offers the full package; exquisite photos, floor plans, dollhouse imaging, walkthrough tours and your own personal property website. If you're not using Chad, it's time to start!! Thank you Listing Tunnel, your marketing is truly what sells our listings!!
We found the Matterport and CAD files comprehensive and accurate for documentation and schematic design purposes.
We found a lot of value in the Matterport imagery for recollecting specific spaces and program adjacencies that may have otherwise been undocumented or forgotten about in a traditional existing conditions exercise. Additionally, the quality of the images in the Matterport and the measuring tool's accuracy immensely helped create a 3D model in our modeling software.
All in all, the information gathered in such a short amount of time was well beyond our expectations, and we will indeed be utilizing Listing Tunnel again.
Thank you, Chad, for your help navigating Matterport and walking us through your process while you were scanning.
We were very captivated and have already recommended your services to several colleagues.
Thank you so much - I'll be sure to use your service again and will refer you when I have the opportunity.
