Mark really makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole application process, as if you’ve known each other for years. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend him if you want to have someone act in your best interest.

We can't thank Mark enough for his time and patience; we were definitely not the easiest clients to work with, but with Mark's help we were able to get the mortgage we were hoping for. Thank you Mark!!

Working with Mark has been absolutely fantastic. Having to renew my mortgage for the first time in the middle of a pandemic was a completely new experience for us both, but he made the process quite easy and I really felt like I could trust his expertise, and that he really cared about getting me the best rate possible with a reliable lender. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a mortgage. He was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt to respond, and kept me up to date each step of the way. It was seamless. I definitely hope to work with him again. Thanks Mark!
The tenacity that Mark shows for the mortgage broker field is exemplary. My dealings with Mark have been nothing but pleasant and informative. Being new to real estate purchasing, he made it a very simple process. I have already referred his services to a few colleagues and friends, I won't hesitate to say you (the reader) should contact him today.
Mark also has a list of great people to help with your purchase from Lawyers to Property Inspections, definitely worth a glance!
It was a pleasure working with Mark! From the start he worked diligently to find us the best rate and helped us navigate the process of applying for a mortgage and completing all the required documents. He quickly mitigated an administrative issue alleviating any concerns we had. He is knowledgable, genuine and very personable. Thank you Mark for all your hard work and professionalism.
I wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience with Mark refinancing our mortgage. Let me start off by saying this is not the first time we have worked with him, so naturally when it came time to do our mortgage again we went straight to him. All of our experiences have been positive, however this one is worth noting.
In the past the transactions have been smooth, no hiccups for either of us to navigate. This transaction however there were bumps at every turn all coming from the bank we chose. There was difficulty with the secured line of credit we had and wanted to keep, the amortization period, the payment amount (we chose to increase our payments to have a shorter period), the payment date- all would be verbally agreed upon between Mark and the company, relayed to us for approval. Unfortunately when it came time to finalize and sign documents a piece of information would be incorrect. Each time Mark promptly took care of it- speaking with the company until we finally had all of the information (dates, amounts etc. correct). It was frustrating for us, however knowing that Mark was handling it removed much of the stress and frustration from the transaction from us.
Thank you Mark we really appreciate all of your work. We have, and will continue to refer friends and family to you.
Mark did his best in helping me understand the process of getting a mortgage. As well as making sure I got the best rates I could. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker!
Mark was fantastic to work with. He took the time to make sure that I understood all of the fun little financing terms and helped me look for what met more of my needs. He also helped me look into and apply for the new first time home buyers incentive program, which helped considerably. In addition to all of that, he was extremely patient and kind, in constant communication, and helped me secure a fantastic mortgage rate. I cannot express enough how happy I was with his services.
