  The simple thought of going through the Mortgage process gave me heart palpitations. When my husband and I needed to apply for a mortgage this year he made it so stress free (actually!!)   We called Mark when our mortgage was up for renewal. Having a lot of equity in the house we felt we weren’t being given a good enough rate. Once mark gave us quotes we realized we were right. Paperwork was signed and that’s when the customer service got even better. Lender made a small error, which can happen, and when we caught it within 1 day Mark had it solved. Was nervous about using a broker, but will definitely be using mark going forward, and would recommend him to any of my friends and family.
