  Steve is a Rarity

Steve was responsive and helpful from the very first call through the time of service. Despite being outside his usual coverage area, Steve managed to find space in his schedule to accommodate our need for service. He was thorough in his diagnosis, and took extra time to explain the systems involved and steps we could take in the future. He was competent, friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. We highly recommend his service and will gladly use his services again in the future if his schedule permits. He is a rarity in this area and we were fortunate to have been able to locate him.
