I know it's been a long time and I want you to know that I am doing well. I am assuming that my coaching sessions have expired but I'd like to keep in touch with you and continue to place my supplement orders through you.
FYI: I have maintained my weight but have lost considerable inches. I am very happy with what I do as I continue my journey through daily exercise and healthy eating. With the "clean" eating, my cholesterol dropped from 200 down to 139. The HDL went from 68 to 70 and the LDL dropped from 117 to 56. This goes to show the importance of healthy eating and exercise. I've learned that it's a mind set and it's not about what the bathroom scales dictate. What is important is how incredibly healthy I feel and all my levels are excellent.
I thank you for all your help, support, and love that you offered throughout my self discovery journey. I'm in a good place and I don't think I could of ever achieved my success without your help. People are lucky to have you as their coach and you are one of the most loving and dedicated people that I know. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This is my experience; At the end of august I had reached out to Stephanie to work with her about lowering my inflammation. I have autoimmune issues that flare up more often than not. Since she recommended changing my diet, going on supplements, and doing light exercise, i have noticed a SIGNIFICANT decrease in the amount of days that I have flare ups and a decrease in the amount of pain I get on the days I do flare up.
Overall i have more energy and just feel better about myself. I would recommend Stephanie/Nutri Goals to anyone who wants to change their lives. She is very VERY knowledgeable and she’s with you every step of the journey.
I began working with Stephanie in October of 2020. I was struggling to lose weight on my own, even though I was exercising and thought I was eating right, and I was at a very stressful and unhappy point in my life. After Stephanie’s thorough questionnaire, she determined that I was doing way too much cardio and over exercising and not eating enough fats and carbs. She balanced out my macros, created a meal plan for me (which we adjusted numerous times to get it just right) and developed a weight training plan for me that helped me lose about 15lbs and keep it off! She also gave me multiple ways to help me address my stress and unhappiness, which helped immensely, and I still use those tools today. Stephanie worked with me for about 9 months, and after that I felt I had learned enough to do this on my own. It’s been about 2 months now and I am able to stick to the meal plan she made for me, because she made it sustainable for me by including all the foods I love but in the correct portion sizes. It is something that I can stick with indefinitely and I always look forward to all my meals. Stephanie really listened and got to know me and that was how she was able to set me up for success. Stephanie is an amazing person and very knowledgeable about all things nutrition, fitness and well-being. I truly believed she saved me, I don’t know where I would be if I hadn’t found her.

And, of course, my 6 months are complete at this time. I want to share that this has been exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know exactly what that was. I feel so content with this whole 6-month journey I have taken with you. I have gained some habits that are so important to my recovery and overall health. Thank you for all you have done to get me to where I am. I plan on maintaining these habits, including ones like questioning what I am doing in any case another option might be better.

Working with Stephanie was wonderful! When I came to Stephanie for help I was suffering from horrible and painful heartburn, as well as bloating, and just couldn't lose weight. Stephanie really listened to my concerns and helped me to create goals for myself. After our initial consultation she determined that I was exercising too much and my diet was very out of balance. Stephanie is as genuine as it gets. Always honest and does things in the best interest of her clients. I came to Stephanie a year ago exactly to help reduce my symptoms of RA and lose some weight. I still have flares, but I have improved drastically and have Stephanie to thank for that. One year later, I am down 46 pounds and can walk longer than a half hour every day. Before I met Stephanie, I could only walk a maximum of 7 minutes a day. I did her lifestyle coaching package with clinical add ons because I knew I needed to change the way I thought about my disease before being able to move forward. I came to Stephanie because I wanted to gain weight and build muscle. Specifically, I wanted to gain 15-20lbs across 3 months and she gave me a plan that did exactly that. I went from 164 to 182 across the 3 months while enjoying the food I ate. I acquired tremendous strength gains and felt great doing it.
