I had been struggling with a knee injury for some time, having tried both chiropractic care and rehab with little success.
I'm so glad I found this clinic, recommended by my doctor. Joanna took a different approach from other physiotherapist. She started slow, carefully guiding me through exercises that gradually strengthened my knee. Her needling is very good too. Thanks to her expertise and patience, my knee has fully recovered. From being unable to walk properly without pain, I can now run freely painlessly! I’m extremely grateful for the care and attention Joanna provided. She truly made a world of difference, and I can't recommend her highly enough!
Thanks Exodus for always providing solutions to my daughter’s injuries & aches. My girl first came when she was 8 and now she’s 14. Grateful for all the help she’s received
Thumbs Up to Exodus Physiotherapy. My treatment started last November in 2023 and lasted until the beginning of July in 2024.
HuiWen is easy-to-talk, patient, and knowledgeable. She is also a fintess personal trainer, so she gave me valuable advice from gym training perspective.
Physiotherapist Eng Hui Wen attended to me over a period of 4 to 5 months when I was suffering from knee pain. She helped me understand the root cause of my pain, and patiently guided me to full recovery.
Hui Wen, thank you!
Very satisfied with the treatment I received at Exodus, that has given me near full recovery from a neck injury sustained about 8 months ago. Hui Wen was able to explain how the injury came about in a manner I could easily understand. This helped me to see how I was doing my weight-lifting exercises wrongly and more importantly, be mindful of my posture and execution (given my tendency to raise my shoulders which she identified as the main problem.) Besides teaching rehab exercises, she also explained how they ease and / or strengthen the joints / muscles, enabling me to understand what she has prescribed, and why. Her friendly demeanour, coupled with close monitoring of any aches / pains, made my experience all the more pleasant. I highly recommend Exodus Physiotherapy!
Joanna is precise in her diagnosis and she is able to explain what had resulted in the condition faced accurately. She is caring and calm and she takes her effort to understand the concerns before advising a correct treatment option, which worked! Able to do sports thereafter very quickly after the treatments! Thank you Joanna!
I am very happy with Exodus and Hui Wen. I had reached out as I was experiencing Sciatic pain resulting from working out.
Hui Wen is an exceptional physiotherapist who takes a patient-centered approach focused on sustainable recovery. What sets her apart is her commitment to gradual progress without rushing the process. She tailors treatment plans carefully, never pushing patients beyond their limits.
Hui Wen's calm demeanor fosters a comfortable environment for open communication. Her clear guidance helps patients understand the rationale behind each technique. Under her supervision, I made steady improvements without setbacks, thanks to her attention to detail and adaptive treatment.
Highly recommended for those seeking a physiotherapist who genuinely prioritizes patient well-being through expertise, patience, and a measured approach to healing. Hui Wen's care ensures a safe and effective recovery journey.
Kudos to the management team as well, as their appointment booking and managing is quite seamless and easy.
I engaged Joanna as I was experiencing pregnancy related pains. During the sessions, I could see that Joanna was sincere in helping me to recover. She massaged and introduced simple exercises for me to do at work and home. I felt the difference within the first session!
Thank you Joanna for relieving my pregnancy related pains!
An excellent rehab journey with Joanna! Few months ago, i experienced a severe fracture resulting in muscle atrophy and much stiffness. Joanna was able to expertly navigate me thru the journey and increase the exercises progressively, currently pain free and back to usual activities. Joanna is also a very friendly and warm person by nature who truly cares for her patients! Strongly recommend for all.
They also do some other treatments eg. Dry needling that might not be available elsewhere
About a year ago, I went to Joanna for severe shoulder pain that was resolved in a few months - really happy & grateful to be under her care :) Love her approach of not just dry needling but also teaching great progressive exercises that made a huge impact on my exercise form & overall health. Also, she genuinely cares for & emphatizes with her patients. I highly recommend Exodus group & her!
I have been to other physio places, but none was able to solve my issues like how Exodus do. Even after the problems are solved, the exercises designed boosted my posture and overall fitness. Highly recommended!
A few months ago, a normal basketball session for me turned into an unforgettable one when my shoes gave way and I landed awkwardly. Sought help near home and was referred to EXODUS PHYSIOTHERAPY.
Fast forward to today, I have recovered from my strain / injury because of the expertise advice and treatment from Joanna. Not only was she sharp in her diagnosis, she was also well experienced to target / treat the root cause of my issues and helped me to gain better mobility. The positive attitude of Joanna and the vibrancy of the clinic helped significantly as well.
Would certainly recommend EP to anyone who’s looking for both a solution to your physio related problems and for an overall positive experience in an otherwise usually arduous / dreadful recovery journey.
After dealing with shoulder pain for over a year and visiting numerous specialists, Joanna was the first physiotherapist who actually managed to resolve my shoulder issues. I've continued to see her for regular check-ups and she's always been professional and effective, consistently offering excellent treatment. I strongly recommend Joanna to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
