Request a couponJohn and his team were outstanding from the beginning of the roofing decision process through the installation. Highly professional and extremely focused on customer satisfaction. I knew what was occurring every step of the way. Great experience overall. I would highly recommend Pioneer Roofing.
I hadn’t had my steep, asphalt-shingled roof inspected for a number of years. With more rain being predicted for this year, I called nearby Pioneer Roofing Solutions. From the ground I could see at least one ridge shingle missing on two separate ridges. Pioneer identified a hot water heater flue as an additional water-leak source. Pioneer obtained the right shingles for the repairs, plus ensured that not only were my two hot water heater flues properly sealed, but also my two heating unit flues. Pioneer went the extra mile to paint the flues the same color as my roof shingles, a major improvement over their prior silver-and-rust appearance. Very pleased with their work.
What a outstanding company. Very polite, excellent job. If I would every need my roof done again in the future I would definitely use this company again.
Pioneer Roofing Solutions did a great job on my roof installation. They were very fast, responsive, and professional. I was able to get the exact roof that I wanted. Their process workmanship is top quality. I highly recommend them.
John is your guy for any roofing needs. After a bad hail storm in October, John came by and instantly gained my confidence. He is very responsive and professional, from the planning phase to completion and cleanup. I would absolutely recommend John and his company to everyone!
Extreemly professional and knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and dependable.
I only needed a small job done and John was able to take care of it right away. He also gave a knowledgeable appraisal of the roof. I don't need a new roof now but will give Pioneer a call when I do.
A neighbor recommended Pioneer Roofing. It was a Saturday; I went to the company's website and filled out the contact form. I figured maybe I’d hear from them early next week. I got a call within an hour. A few hours later, the owner showed up! He texted, so I knew to expect him. Granted, his office is not far away, but still, I was impressed.
The owner, John, was very knowledgeable. We went around the inside of the house and assessed all the different wall problems. Some were related to water damage, others just to shifts of the building. Then we went outside to the metal roof. He had no problem sealing up the areas that needed it. John was courteous and knowledgeable. He suggested some things to do in the future, but did not push them. He spoke to me at my level, not using technical terms of the trade. His charges were very reasonable.
Prompt, knowledgeable and thorough service -- what more could you ask for?!
John was great! He arrived on time and was very friendly. He checked the whole roof, not just the problem area. I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing Solutions.
Pioneer Roofing is the way to go! John is good people, professional and trustworthy. His workmanship and quality are top rate and I have never dealt with a service company who is so responsive. I recommend Pioneer Roofing to anyone!
Contractor was excellent, and the roof looks fabulous job, very please with the job cleaning up after themselves, I will be telling my friends that need a roof.
I knew we needed a new roof and time was running out. John was in the neighborhood replacing a few other roofs and stopped by to offer his services. I knew nothing about how the process worked.. John offered to "get up on the roof" right then and take some pictures. He was professional, knowledgeable and always punctual. It was a seamless experience and would definitely recommend using this Team.
John has been taking care of our repair and claim needs for the past two months. He helped our family stay on top of the details, always came with excellent solutions to our home repair needs, and left us feeling like we were taken care of. Needless to say, the work is quality as well. A new roof, repaired water damage wall, added gutters, and a garage door replacement have added value to our home.
If y’all need a new roof, I cannot recommend Pioneer Roofing Solutions enough. John was AMAZING and finished in ONE day. They truly did it right by taking off the ENTIRE roof and not skimping by leaving the old stuff underneath and then just adding the shingles (I do not know proper terms🤣), but I’m particular and they did it right. Their clean up job was also spectacular. John also repaired wood rotting, and he’s getting the gutters and windows fixed from the storm as well. He was a one stop shop and made it so easy! He’s also on site the entire time which really impressed me. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Pioneer Roofing Solutions. Simply INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING customer service. If you go with them, tell ya Laura Best sent ya!
John and his team at Pioneer Roofing did a phenomenal job with our roof. Guys we’re here for 7 hours, completely finished the roof and cleaned up better than expected. Would recommend Pioneer Roofing over and over again.
I was initially very apprehensive about the process and skeptical of a positive outcome. The owner of the company was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful in leading me through the process. I was impressed with the integrity and strong work ethic of the people involved particularly the owner. The crew worked fast and efficiently without compromising quality of workmanship. I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing Solutions.
We highly recommend John w/Pioneer Roofing. His team did an excellent job, used Certainteed product, he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was above any expectation we may have had. He used high quality material, they installed and completed the job in about 14 hours total from start to finish. They cleaned up after themselves, you could not tell they were even there! Again, we highly recommend Pioneer Roofing.
Can't say enough good things about working w/John. He is everything you would hope a contractor would be and then some! His follow thru is exceptional - he WILL and DOES HANDLE anything that comes up with your insurance company . He takes pride in all aspects of the roofing contract you have with him. If looking to replace your roof - call John @ Pioneer Roofing Solutions - it will be a GOOD experience.
