Having your roof replaced is a stressful endeavor and Pioneer Roofing Solutions put us at ease in every step of the process. The team was efficient and methodical, arrived on time and worked throughout the day. John is a real pro! Extremely knowledgeable and responsible, he was on point with the insurance company. John was remarkably on site overseeing every step of the process from removal to cleanup, if he wasn't there he was only a phone call away. He went above and beyond helping us with gutters and windows as well as all our roofing concerns including venting. He kept in constant contact and was always available for any question. The team was top notch, I was particularly impressed with the clean up, they did a thorough job.

They did my roof last spring and did exactly what they said they were going to do and more. Got many additional items approved by my insurance and the only out of pocket was my deductible. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely send them to my family in the future!

Very professional, friendly, and fast. John and Juan repaired our 2 yr old roof that had lost several shingles due to poor installation done by another company that's no longer in business, Very reasonable cost and we are extremely satisfied.

They worked with me through the entire process and did an outstanding job. The team went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I have a much older home that presented a lot of issues, most not even part of the typical roof replacement, but they were able to think outside the box and get everything resolved and left me with a roof that looks great and has lowered the temperature in my house. John has personally gone out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure everything was better than I even expected.
