We have been using Epic for a few years and they have some how kept our old boiler working (for our radiant heat) It was time for a new boiler and they fit us in during their busiest time of year. Absolute excellent job done installing it, prompt, polite and very professional. I will recommend them every chance I get. Couldn’t be happier
I am super pleased with Dylan and his crew. They were professional, installed in record time and kept the work site tidy. I am super excited for my new heat pump. Thank you again for being so patient with me. I will be recommending you to everyone
Dylan came immediately to examine the copper pipe leak. Repair was done in a timely and clean manner. A+ service! Thanks Dylan (and assistant).
Definitely recommend Dylan and his apprentice! I needed a hot water tank replaced. They came promptly and got it done! Glad for quick service and local!
We have used Epic Plumbing and Heating on two occasions now. Excellent, prompt, courteous and professional service at a reasonable rate. I do not hesitate to recommend Epic and I know that the next time I need a plumber, they will be my first phone call. Thank you, Dylan!
We had a super experience with Epic Plumbing! Created a beautiful custom shower and fixed our crazy old houses plumbing issues. The bathroom is my new favourite room in the house ????????

Dylan and his crew did an amazing job at not an easy task of installing an on demand water system , installing gas fireplace and relocating washer and dryer . Thanks for doing such a great job in such a tight time frame .
It is really great, very kind and wonderful. I appreciate it Bro:)
Here is Amazing!!!
Dylan and his team will take care of all your plumbing needs. Dylan did my entire new build, from rough in to installing fixtures, and did an awesome job. Epic will make sure the job gets done right.
Dylan put in our hot water tank today. He was very professional, respectful of our time and our home. He left no mess and was sure to have it working properly before he left while leaving us his number to call if we ran into issues.
I highly recommend him!
Thank you Dylan!
Dillion came last year and replaced my furnace with a high efficiency furnace. My bills are so much lower now it’s hard to believe.
He then came back this year and replaced all my plumbing and fixed all my 50 year old ducting. He went so above and beyond and was extremely helpful in giving me all my options and trying to do it in the most affordable way.
Dillion understands how stressful home works are for people and helps in every way he can to make it go smoothly. I am thrilled with the work he has done for me and will always be calling him back every time I need any plumbing or heating work done.
They did waterline upgrades (my pumphouse was a mess), upgraded my laundry room for my business & some kitchen stuff. Everything was done great & on time. They even did some work around framing that was not in their job description but needed to be done to get the job done. No complaints. They just did it.

Dylan is hard working and dependable. My wife and I have called on him several times over the past year to do work in our first home renovations. His workmanship has been excellent for multiple projects including three bathrooms, laundry room, a hot water tank, outdoor taps, and everything in-between. He will continue to be our go-to choice if we need repairs or changes in the future. Highly recommended.
