My experience with Restoration Legacy was very professional. And they came to my home, expand what all they where going to do step by step for me to understand the work process. And if l had any questions all l to do is just call them and got my questions answered. I had water damage and mold damage to my kitchen under the sink and also in bathroom. They came in removed all the damage walls, cabinets area to the studs, and started with fresh cleaned treated mold free. They cleaned up as they worked left no trash behind each day. Then came the Remodeling, l told them what wanted , they help me with ideas. I draw out what l wanted , and my dream kitchen came to life. I still wake up at night , just see if it's still there, they made all my dreams come true for an old lady who thought she never see come to life for her , but it did. I just want to say again thank you all so much from my whole Heart ❤. My God continue Bless You and your Company. From Sandra Wright.

They are honest! I’m a single woman who purchased a home and I have def been taken advantage of unfortunately, however Luis who inspected my home did not take advantage of me. He told me the truth and was genuinely concerned for me. They clearly put people over prophets unlike so many others

Luis and his team were wonderful to work with - very accommodating and competitively priced. They were hired initially to do remediation work in my daughter’s room after her ceiling collapsed from an ac leak. They did a great job replacing the ceiling, walls and also new paint and flooring. They were great with communication and finished everything in a timely manner. I will definitely hire them again for any future remodeling work.

Wow- I could not say enough good things about of services provided by this company. My dad experienced a terrible backflow issue in his home. Initially we tried Servpro but after seeing their intervention as ineffective my dad discontinued with them. Luis and Antonio were incredibly clear with communication and provided incredibly thorough services, including drywall removal, chemical remediation, and restoration of walls to include detailed attention to restoring services. The work crews were friendly and did great work. Antonio and Luis were very responsive to phone calls. Highly recommend!

Luis is very courteous and professional. He has a wealth of knowledge. Luis is obviously very dedicated to his craft as he visited our residence at 11pm on a Saturday night to preform his analysis. Can't thank him enough.

Wow!! We feel so blessed to have been introduced to Luis, Antonio and their team through our insurance adjuster after a tree fell on one of our bedrooms during hurricane Beryl. We were completely unaware of the water damage they found because our bathroom appeared to be in perfect condition. Once they started the demo we found all kinds of surprises (the house is 69 years old 😳) Luis’ guys were so thorough, reliable, trustworthy, polite and clean! Luis is a joy to work with, so very responsive, kind and patient! Because my job is covered by insurance, I asked if there was a way to make my countertop disappear and in the kindest way possible, Luis said they didn’t operate that way. I really appreciated his honesty and his wanting to do the right thing! What a man of integrity! I hope you never have to go through remediation but if you do, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Luis and Restoration Legacy!
