Houston, Texas - Restoration & Remodel

Wow! Best describes my experience with Restoration Legacy. This was my first experience with restoration/remodeling and I was scared of being taken advantage of. They were referred to me by a friend and I could be happier . They did a lot of work at my home in varies areas. Their project manager was also clear and concise about the scope of work being performed, the estimate was more than fair and competitive. I appreciated the care they took cleaning up after themselves each day and protecting other areas of my home. They used quality materials and completed the project within a timely manner. Clearly , most projects aren’t as cut and dry as we would wish , however, they had no problem with the add on’s I requested and priced those fairly. The payment guidelines throughout the process were easy and made me feel at ease. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services to anyone looking for restoration/remodeling.
  BRAVO!

North Port, Florida - Mold Remediation, Water Mitigation

I was apart of Hurricane Ian, it did a lot of damage to my house, they were apart of my insurance company to remediate any mold in my house, they were very quick and they were able to work with me since I work remote. They are originally from Texas. It was a busy few days but well worth it. I can breath better and they did a quality job which was the most important for me. I asked to see if they would come back to readd the drywall and make a couple of modifications, he said very possible but he was focused on getting everyone mitigated first which was his number one goal. A couple weeks went by and I spoke to them again and one of the owners agreed to do the drywalling, his guys were excellent top notch job they did I would 100% hire him again if they come back to the area for further assistance!!! 5 stars!!!
