  I had such a positive experience completing my Level 2 Reiki training with Ruth. Not only did we have a wonderful spiritual connection, but she is also someone who listens with genuine empathy and compassion, making you feel truly heard and understood.
  Her teaching style is relaxed, supportive and reassuring, creating an environment where you feel comfortable to learn, grow and explore. Ruth is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and I found both her attunement and placement to be extremely powerful.
  Most importantly, she held a safe and supportive space for me to explore emotions that I hadn't yet been ready to face, allowing me to grow both personally and spiritually.
  Since completing my Level 2, I have experienced some incredibly powerful Reiki sessions with others, both face-to-face and at a distance, which has been amazing to witness as my confidence and understanding continue to grow.

  I recently had distance Reiki with Ruth and I was blown away by the whole experience! The guided meditation at the begining was a great aid , Ruth's voice is very soothing which helped to get into a relaxed state fairly quickly. The feedback we gave eachother afterwards resonated, I'm still in awe by how accurate it was!   I can’t thank Ruth enough for coming out to visit our “Archie”
  Archie is a complex character with multiple personalities and very little trust towards new humans .
  His warmblood breeding does bring out his stubborn side.
  He was definitely guarding his feeling toward us as his new owners .
  His body needed some repair and he wasn’t shy in letting us know what he didn’t approve of. Some being pain and some learnt behaviour.
  At times his behaviour was quite violent and unpredictable .
  He has been treated by veterinary professionals and physio treatments to help fix him ,but o felt he needed something else.
  So while recovering from leg surgery Ruth came to visit him.
  He wasn’t sure he needed Ruth on their first meeting and was quite guarded in his response,but he very quickly started to trust her and began to let her in and he began to really enjoy his sessions with Ruth .
  I can only describe it like he has had a personality transplant.
  
  He is more loving and willing.
  His behaviour is now much more manageable and more trusting
  
  This lady is very special.
  Not only with humans.
  She has a gift with horses as well.

  Thank you Ruth for a wonderful reiki session yesterday. I received some great messages and I feel balanced, cleared and lifted. The venue is very calming and beautiful and I particularly liked the guided meditation at the beginning to put me in a relaxed receptive state. Ruth provides an amazing experience from beginning to end and her passion for reiki shines through making you feel truly looked after.   I visited Ruth @SprintSong very recently, as I have been a supporter of Reiki healing for years. I can honestly say that Ruth provided one of the best if not the best session I have had to date. The setting of the space is both relaxing and tranquil and her hands on approach really worked for me, not all healers do this but for me it really adds to the energy of the session and made me feel at ease right from the start. Ruth has a wonderful calming energy and I was amazed that once the session was finished how Ruth gave time for me to relax and was also able to provide feedback on her experience of the session and how connected we both was, some of the feedback was so spot on it was like she could read my soul. I would highly recommended Ruth and will definitely return many times over.
