Wow what a experience I had I didn't really know what Reiki was I had heard of it but very unsure what to expect I was blown away Ruth straight away put me at ease explained everything to me step by step I tryed Reiki as a last resort I was feeling very lost in myself I lost my dog late last year very unexpected I couldn't get over it I had a cancer scare just after Christmas I was feeling so lost but I'm so glad I found Ruth it's the best experience I have ever felt I've never felt so relaxed in my life I took alot away from only one session where as before I would cry aleast 3 times a day missing my dog so much but I remember during the session seeing my dog up in the clouds saying I have to let you go since my session don't get ne wrong I still have the odd bad day thinking of him but now when I think of him I just vision the sky and smile but the extra bonus for me Ruth seen him he was with me I have booked in for another session with Ruth and I can wait
