Over the last two years I've moved four times for work. Elizabeth is by far the most helpful realtor I've had the fortune of working with. I was referred by a friend and from the very beginning she was extremely attentive and responsive to my home preferences. We were able to find the type of townhome I wanted on our first day of looking. Throughout the entire process Elizabeth was proactive in managing everything, removing any worry or stress from me. What I appreciated most was her flexibility and ability to communicate. At the end of my work day when I had a question, I'd go to text Elizabeth and she had either already e-mailed, texted or left a voicemail for me. As a first time home-buyer, I was incredibly appreciative of how easy and stress-free the entire process was. I would recommend Elizabeth to anybody looking to purchase a home in the Nashville area.

  Thanks Elizabeth

My name is Zea and I am moving to the USA from overseas. I found Elizabeth Realty on google. I live in the Philippines and have a job transfer to the US. Elizabeth was very helpful explaining to me what I need to do relocate and explained my various options between renting and buying now. I will definitely work with Elizabeth when it is time for me to move.

Great realtor to refer out of state clients to!

I just referred one of my Los Angeles Clients who was looking for a good cash flowing investment property in a fast growing state. They targeted Nashville in Tennessee because of all the job growth. I found Spring Hill tn realtor Elizabeth Leanza online and I can honestly say she is awesome! I will be sending all my Tenessee referrals to Elizabeth from now on :-)

Elizabeth just recently sold my house for me. She went above and beyond what I would expect a realtor to do. She even helped me get settled into a rental property. If you are looking to sell your house or to buy a house, she is definitely the person to call. Out of a 1 to 5 rating with 5 being the best, I would absolutely give her a solid 100!!!

Elizabeth was exceptional in every aspect. We moved to TN over a year ago and she got in touch after I started looking for recommendations to get an idea of the market. For more than a year Elizabeth kept in touch and was sending me information until we decided to go for the property. As soon as we were ready she was able to find us our perfect house on a prime location and recommended a Lender. We were able to make an offer within a week and she kept us in the loop thru the entire process and was available at any time.
Elizabeth is a professional in every aspect and if I could give her more than 5 star would do it.
Thanks for the excellent job on making our dream a reality

She was just as excited about choosing the finishes for my new home as I was. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking. Thanks again for all that you have done. We love our new home

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! I recently toured an amazing property! If it wasn’t for the deposit needed to move in, I would have definitely rented with them!

  Elizabeth is the best!

Elizabeth listed our house, helped us find a great house to purchase, and made the process go without a hitch. She is such a professional! She also communicated with both title companies, the mortgage company and kept everything running smoothly. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling in middle Tennessee!
