This place is the absolute definition of customer service. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
I've been to a couple car audio shops around San Diego and by far this is the best one, I called 30 min before closing time just for a roller to install sound deadening but when I went in the conversation and information was so good I left with more than just the roller got a sweet unmatched deal on some door speakers back up camera and more definitely highly recommend
came into stereo depot right before closing. my second visit after upgrading my door speakers . Adrian blew me away a deal half price on a rhino line box since i was the last client. he definitely knows how to keep earning my business. professional install and i always trust the process with Adrian. i will keep referring more friends and family his way. i’m excited to have my sound system done tomorrow.
Adrian is just an awesome sauce to Stereo Depot. The best in SD. I called him over the phone regarding purchasing my 2015 Jaguar F type R adding oem Apple CarPlay. He told me there would be no issues. So I took his word and told him to go ahead and order the module for my new car. Professional install always gets done and thank them for always making space for me because I’m only available in the afternoons with my word schedule. I worked with Adrian for 9 Years and just keeps impressing me . Appreciate all your hard work and definitely will keep sending more clients your way . I have done window tint, sound systems , tires , and Apple CarPlay to oem for all my cars with him. Adrian can sell the world. He delivers like he always promises what he says.
Called stereo depot in SD for a new replacement for my amplifier . Spoke over the phone with Adrian and provided a great value for a amp replacement. Adrian got me on a payment plan with no money out of pocket plus no credit needed. That was awesome now i can afford to bring my system back to action. Purchased a wireless carplay unit pioneer and a memphis amp to get my car bumping again. Best customer service and installation. Thanks to flavio and emilio for taking the time to get my install done on time with no appointment. Best wiring management i have ever seen .
