Wow! Stereo Depot exceeded my expectations. I made sure to read several reviews before deciding to give them my business and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I worked with Adrian to replace the head unit on my 2014 Toyota Rav4. I had purchased the new head unit from an outside source. Before anything Adrian inspected the new head unit to make sure it would be compatible, and it was except for two factory installed slots that were not compatible with the trim on my vehicle. This was something I was prepared to deal with as I could no longer return the head unit and it was only visually displeasing. Luckily they were able to fill the gaps for me and the slots are now unnoticeable. I did not ask for this service, this is something I feel they went above and beyond to do and I am ever so happy with the result! The installation was quick, just under 30 minutes, by the time I pulled into my driveway they had already called me to come pick up my car. Adrian was very informative about the installation and transparent with pricing. He really seemed to care about not only the quality of their work, but my experience as a customer. The head unit was installed seamlessly with both the steering wheel connections and backup camera. At pickup, he took the time to give me a tour of the new head unit and helped me get my devices connected. The sound is immaculate and I could not be happier with my decision, I couldn't stop smiling on my way out. I will be returning in future for my needs as they offer a range of other services and I WILL be recommending this location to my colleagues. The shop was clean and organized, and all the associates were friendly and helpful. Thank you Stereo Depot of La Mesa!
