  What an incredible service I got from Adrian today . Brought in my 2014 Mercedes CLA250 upgraded for an android touch screen with CarPlay that I have been wanting or planned to sell my car.   Reviews are definitely not fake. I heard about stereo depot through google and made sure to ask for Adrian because of his great reviews. He helped me diagnose a previous kenwood issue on the dmx809s and decided to trade in to the 10 inch screen and was amazed how nice it came out. I will bring my wife porsche next to add wireless CarPlay to her vehicle. Thanks for all your hard work Adrian and he definitely was very responsive through text message and kept me updated on my vehicle status.

  In less short: I originally called Stereo Depot because of a deal they had advertised on their website for a CarPlay head unit and backup camera bundle. I ended up speaking to the MVP of this review, the infamous Adrian who you’ll read about all over these reviews and who has earned every single shoutout and then some.
  
  I was coordinating everything from my home in LA while my car was down in SD getting other work done, and Adrian went above and beyond in providing all of the info I needed to make all my decisions remotely, which was SO helpful and appreciated! When I started doubting whether or not I wanted to go with the unit on sale that had caught my eye, or maybe spring for a better one, Adrian took all the features I mentioned to him and tailored multiple options for me to choose from. I’m familiar with the upsell game when it comes to these kind of things, and I love that I never got that vibe here, and that instead of trying to convince me to go with one option over another, he gave me different model numbers and encouraged me to look them over myself and to make sure I was choosing what fit best for me.
  
  Ultimately, I ended up choosing a higher model head unit and I am so happy that I did. The install was quick and the stereo is absolutely amazing, exactly what I wanted. Five stars for their huge selection of products, five stars for their excellent work, 10 stars for customer service.
  
  Adrian also mentioned that this a one-stop shop and can do way more for your car than just spruce up the stereo. Umm, sold. Say less 👍. I’m glad that I get down to SD a couple times a year because I’m officially saving any and all work that my car needs for when I’m in town. If Adrian can do it and I need/want it for my car, as long as it can make the 2 hour drive to Stereo Depot that’s exactly where it’s going.

  My daughter went to Stereo Depot in S.D 5-3-25 and she had such an AMAZING experience, These guy's ROCK💯. Adrian was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure she got exactly what she needed. Instead of just pushing the most expensive or the cheapest option, he really took the time to understand what she was looking for. She originally went in with a quote from El Cajon for $600, and Adrian honestly told her it was likely to be closer to $1,300—and he was right.
  
  While the initial displays weren’t exactly what she had in mind, Adrian listened carefully and helped her find the perfect fit, even though it ended up being a bit more expensive. It was exactly what she wanted.
  
  He also went the extra mile by suggesting other items for her car that would be more user-friendly and even helped her set up her baby camera so it turns on and off automatically with the car since she explained to him how much of a hassle its been!
  
  I highly recommend Adrian and his team & will definitely be coming back for future needs for our family & friends. Also a shout out to Rolando for the installation he is equally AMAZING 💯.
