  I bought LED headlight bulbs , my friend tried to instal to my car and broke one I took back and Carlos not only exchanged it but installed both and did not even charge me fir doing almost more than an hour work great customer service

  These guys did a nice job upgrading my stock stereo. They made lots of suggestions and were very helpful. I needed a small location change and they took care of it while I waited. They carry Alpine, infinity, pioneer, and several other quality brands. They also offer window tinting, and other services. Considering how flaky some shops can be, I am happy to recommend these guys.

  I spoke with Allen for a quote on an install for my car. When arriving at the store I worked with Carlos. I had then install a custom box in a crew cab colorado with 2 rockford shallow 10s and a p500 2 channel amp. The job took 4 hours which is what i guestimated it would be. I purchase 4 guage wiring and a bass gain controller as well as a hi low converter for the amp. All the people I spoke with were professional, polite, and informative. Of course while waiting I was able to observe how they handled each encounter from young men to older gentlemen to upset customers and making it right on the spot. The only recommendation i make is to the people before they come in.. do your homework on what you would like installed and then these guys can steer you in the right direction for the build of your car.. and dont forget quality comes at a price.

  Ok let me start by saying these guys are truly outstanding! I’m a woman and wanted an upgrade in stereo receiver, never once did Carlos make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. This guy gave me nothing but respect and worked with me on everything I wanted done. I will have ALL my truck work done by these guys from this point on. So, do your self a favor and go see my guy Carlos and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Believe me when I say I shopped all around San Diego, driving from one audio store to another until I walked in Stereo Depot San Deigo. I found my forever truck home

  Went in today to get an RCA cable for my home audio system. I had great customer service first and foremost. The cost of the 7 ft. cord was $10. I only had a $20 bill and five 1 dollar bills on me. He couldn't break a 20 so he asked for the 5 dollars instead. What a great experience! Such a nice gesture. Later on I plugged in the RCA cable to connect my subwoofer to the reciever and it sounds great. I recommend these guys for great customer service and great quality products. Thanks.
