  I purchased my husband a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler-JK Sahara unlimited to surprise him when he came back home from overseas and he had all these things he planned to do to it. We planned to do tint just for now and lift kit with 35’s eventually and install a rear view camera with a system (we love bumping music, so a SUB WAS A MUST) but it had to be done in increments bc this all adds up. We Came by just for a tint and all these plans we hoped to make overtime became a reality with a few more things we never even thought of. Our buddy Adrian became a close family friend when he treated us with such great customer service. From beginning to end he walked us through so many dope additions we can make to the Jeep. He happens to be the finance manager and He walked us through the process and we got Approved. With financing and some money down my husbands Jeep looks and sounds amazing. They took the car for about four days and gave it back to us even better than we could have imagined.
  
  To Adrian and the team and stereo depot we are in awe of the amazing work and great customer service you all provided from beginning to end.
  
  I know this was a long review but it’s necessary to take the time to write about the amazing experience we had with our friends at Stereo Depot.

  We've gotten every one of our stereos here and John always takes care of us! On the most recent stereo we got here we got a quote from "Al and Ed's Autosound" and they're price they gave us was over double what John at Stereo Depot gave us!!!
  
  To add on to the greatness of Stereo Depot they started installing the stereo as soon as I came in! Never in my whole life have I seen such amazing customer service and installation. We wouldn't go anywhere else !!

  I wrote a previous review that wasn't fair to Stereo Depot. I wish to write a more factual review that is fair and hopefully helpful to anyone else. I made my past review in a negative state of mind and wish to resubmit a better review.
  
  Also, I'd like to apologize to Stereo Depot for allowing my frustration and disappointment to be vented instead of talking about my issues and giving Stereo Depot a chance to make it right. I'm sorry.
  
  I went in about 2-3 weeks ago to get a stereo and ended up learning that my stock speakers were shot, and others were failing. John sat with me, and helped me choose an appropriate set of speakers, and even introduced me to Snap Financial which allowed me to get the speakers before pay day; which I shouldn mention I have just paid off yesterday, but I had the option to make payments.
  
  I was shown different speaker options, educated on the use of amplifiers and the difference they make. I was also shown different receiver options when I choose to upgrade, and how I could possibly even have hands free communication.
  
  Ultimately I decided on a set of speaker; sure I could afford much more expensive ones, but I wasn't forced to buy them or made to feel bad for not wanting to spend more than I felt comfortable. In fact, I was congratulated on my choice because my needs were a system and not something fancy.
  
  I did shop around afterwards both online, and other car audio place and as far as pricing, I couldn't find anything better. Also important to note that other shops I visited were aggressive with their up selling, and one shop even trash talked me for not going to them first.
  
  In closing, I originally told myself I wouldn't return, but after sitting down with John himself and being shown how to use my stereo, along with my other issues, my confidence in Stereo Depot is restored and I do see my self coming back for an amplifier, car alarm, GPS, even possibly wheels and tires one.
  
  Thank you John, thank you technicians who gave my car music after 4 years of being mute, and t hank you Stereo Depot. Again i apologize for not coming to you first and thank you for addressing my concerns and following up with me.

  These guys can build a pretty decent custom box! I do most of my car audio myself as it is a hobby of mine but, from recently moving (tools boxed up) I decided to have them build me a box about 6 years ago. Well, now I have returned for the exact same reason, just a newer Tahoe and once again, they have impressed me. The ported box fit perfectly and the sound quality was even more than expected. I'll be back soon since I've just purchased another vehicle and can trust their work!

  John and all of his colleagues at Stereo Depot are great guys. I went in for a Christmas present for my Mom. John knew what I needed, and how much I could spend, he put together a great package that included installation, under budget. I am totally impressed with the install, it looks like it came from the factory. Thanks Stereo Depot, my mom is very happy!
