Wir haben schon einiges an Ausflügen und Veranstaltungen erlebt, aber diese Organisation war für uns eine echte Enttäuschung.
Es fing bereits bei der Abholung an: zu spät und lange Wartezeit. Danach ging es genauso weiter. Vor Ort mussten wir erneut lange auf das Boot warten. Und selbst als wir endlich auf dem Boot waren, hieß es wieder: warten, warten, warten. Das Schlimmste daran war die Kommunikation – wir bekamen kaum vernünftige Informationen darüber, weshalb es nicht weitergeht oder wann es endlich losgeht.
Besonders absurd: Wir hatten ein Partyboot gebucht, durften aber bereits bei der Abholung nicht einmal Stimmung machen. Wer ein Party-Erlebnis verkauft, sollte sich aus unserer Sicht nicht wundern, wenn die Gäste entsprechend gut gelaunt zur Veranstaltung kommen.
Irgendwann hatten wir schlicht genug. Wenn bereits Abholung, Treffpunkt und Boarding derart schlecht organisiert sind und die Gäste gleichzeitig kaum informiert werden, hatten wir kein Vertrauen mehr darin, dass der restliche Tag besser werden würde. Wir haben deshalb die Konsequenz gezogen und sind wieder ausgestiegen, bevor die eigentliche Tour überhaupt begonnen hatte.
Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass wir anschließend die negativen Google-Rezensionen nochmals genauer gelesen haben. Unser Rat: Macht genau das unbedingt VOR der Buchung. Nach unserer eigenen Erfahrung können wir mehrere der dort geschilderten Kritikpunkte sehr gut nachvollziehen.
Auch bei den Bewertungen insgesamt sollte sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen. Die hohe Gesamtbewertung steht für uns jedenfalls in einem krassen Gegensatz zu dem, was wir vor Ort erlebt haben. Wir möchten keine unbelegten Behauptungen über die Herkunft einzelner Bewertungen aufstellen – aber wir empfehlen ausdrücklich, nicht nur die Sternezahl anzuschauen, sondern auch die kritischen Rezensionen und den Umgang mit Kritik zu lesen.
Unser Fazit: schlechte Organisation, lange Wartezeiten, mangelhafte Kommunikation und für uns überhaupt nicht das Erlebnis, das wir von einem professionellen Partyboot-Veranstalter erwartet haben. Selbst die Veranstalter bewerten 5 von 5 und machen nicht Fotos, nur schlecht.
Wir waren am Ende lieber bereit, auf die Tour zu verzichten, als uns das noch länger anzutun.

It started with the pickup: late and a long wait. And it continued in the same vein. Once we arrived, we had to wait a long time for the boat again. And even when we were finally on board, it was more waiting, waiting, waiting. The worst part was the communication – we received hardly any useful information about why we weren't moving or when we would finally depart.
Especially absurd: We had booked a party boat, but we weren't even allowed to get into the spirit of things during pickup. In our opinion, anyone selling a party experience shouldn't be surprised when guests arrive in a correspondingly high mood.
At some point, we'd simply had enough. When pickup, meeting point, and boarding are so poorly organized, and guests are barely informed, we lost all confidence that the rest of the day would be any better. We therefore drew the obvious conclusion and got off before the actual tour even started.
What's particularly annoying is that we then read the negative Google reviews more closely. Our advice: Do exactly that BEFORE booking. Based on our own experience, we can very well understand several of the criticisms described there.
Everyone should also form their own opinion regarding the overall ratings. The high overall rating, in our view, stands in stark contrast to what we experienced on site. We don't want to make unsubstantiated claims about the origin of individual reviews – but we strongly recommend not only looking at the star rating, but also reading the critical reviews and how the company handles criticism.
Our conclusion: poor organization, long waiting times, inadequate communication, and for us, not at all the experience we expected from a professional party boat operator. Even the operators themselves give it 5 out of 5 stars and don't take any photos, only bad ones.
In the end, we preferred to forgo the tour rather than put ourselves through it any longer.
We definitely do not recommend this service. We would absolutely not book it again.

Shortly after departing the dock, multiple groups began lighting cigarettes. This was very uncomfortable considering the fact that we wanted to get some fresh air. I wasn’t expecting much for the buffet, and it somehow was worse than expected. The food was cold, dry, salty as hell, and the most disgusting part was people using their hands to grab the food. I found out after the tour that the rice served was supposed to be paella; it was an absolute insult to Spanish people. Even a staff member was putting his hands in a tray with watermelon. You could see slices of watermelon that had bites taken out of them and then put back in the tray. This was an absolute nightmare. A floating abomination. There was also an issue in the safety of the young girls on this boat. Girls were taken advantage of. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t believe my eyes. We wanted to get off that boat the second we realized we weren’t able to swim. The rest were just little cherries on top. Avoid this at all costs. Wouldn’t go back even if they paid me. The first problem: Due to the high temperatures, the tour was moved forward by a day, but we weren't informed about this at all. Only by chance did I send a message myself, asking, "Is the tour still on today? Are there any problems?" Only then did I find out that the tour wasn't taking place that day, but had already been held two days earlier.
If I hadn't followed up, we would have driven for about an hour to the meeting point that day in the heat without a car, only to find out there that the tour was canceled. This simply shouldn't happen. If a tour is rescheduled, customers must be informed. People come on vacation and plan their days accordingly.
The second problem: The tour costs €90 per person and only lasts 3 hours. Despite this, we barely had a chance to swim. The boat was stopped, and we only got in the water for maybe 15-20 minutes. Honestly, I wondered: Did we come for a boat tour or just to swim? After all, it's a boat tour.
For that money, I could have rented a speedboat for 2-3 hours, listened to my own music, and gone for a swim myself. That's definitely not what we had in mind.
The organization was truly awful. I also don't understand why some people still enjoyed themselves – probably because they haven't experienced proper boat parties like in Kemer or Ibiza. 😄 I'd like to invite them there sometime; afterward, they probably wouldn't book this tour again.
We paid a total of €180 for two people and really expected much more for that price. No proper information, hardly any swimming time, and no entertainment like you'd expect at a boat party. Everything was decided arbitrarily.
