We had an extremely disappointing experience with Sunlife.
While on the beach, we purchased a party bus tour that was supposed to last one hour and included entry to Mega Park. We paid €30 per person in advance, a total of €120 for our group.
After booking, we received a confirmation email clearly stating the departure time of the bus. However, when we arrived at the agreed time, we discovered that the bus had already left one hour earlier than what was written in the confirmation email.
We tried to resolve the issue with the Sun Life manager, but instead of helping us, he accused us of lying and refused to acknowledge the departure time stated in the email. We were told that we had supposedly been informed verbally at the time of purchase that the bus would leave one hour earlier than indicated in the email. None of us received or understood such information.
Despite the fact that we had already paid €120 in advance, Sun Life refused to refund our money. Even worse, they would not allow us to enter Mega Park unless we paid an additional €25 per person.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. We paid for a service that we never received, were treated with disrespect, and were denied both a refund and the promised entry.
We will never book with Sunlife again and cannot recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful when dealing with them.
