Request a couponSeptember is a wonderful time to be on the NJ coast. Sunset Hideaways provided everything we needed for our large family. Ample decks for viewing sunsets and access to the beach and pool were a plus. The house was very comfortable on every level.
So glad we found this beautiful home! Exactly what we needed. The owners thought of everything!! Fully stocked kitchen, puzzles, games, towels, bedding, beach chairs and towels, beach tags to Cape May beaches, you name it, it's all included!! Even everything for our dog too!! The pool is perfect and the decks on different levels are perfect to watch the gorgeous sunsets over the bay! Andrea is so attentive and makes you feel like you have been great friends forever! Thanks so much for a wonderful week!
Sunset Hideaway Vacations was the perfect getaway for my family. The home was spotless and had a beachy feel when entering the front door. The amenities were top-notch and included a guidebook with fantastic local recommendations. The view of the beach & ocean from the various decks were serene. My daughter enjoyed spending time in the rocking chair gazing at the stars. We enjoyed the pool & lounge area, especially at night when everyone was tired from the day activities. Our host was attentive and communication was seamless. This was an unforgettable experience making memories that will last a lifetime.
This was our first year staying at Sunset Hideaway and we were very pleased. The house is very comfortable and cozy, yet has an elegant charm that makes you feel as though you’re across the sea on some tiny island in the mediterranean. Everything was so clean, plenty of cleaning supplies, well stocked kitchen, several coffee choices, pet friendly supplies/accommodations as well, and very clear instructions for the house. The location is perfect, and management team was very communicative and caring. I loved how there was space enough for the family to be together, but also options to have privacy and quiet moments inside and outside the house. I definitely look forward to returning next year!

Heated pool in back, bay across the street. The house is clean, bright, airy, spacious, well stocked (even for pups) & beautifully decorated. The pool area is like your own little tropical paradise
with comfortable outdoor furnishings and landscape. The decks are so relaxing to look out onto the bay anytime of day, especially to watch beautiful sunsets. What makes vacationing at this great home even better, is how welcoming Andrea makes you feel even before you arrive. Communication with her is flawless, you feel like you are staying at a friends home. We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you Andrea & Ray for a great vacation!
After years of renting in different NJ shore locations over the years, we’ve finally found the place we'll come back to. The house had something for everyone. Morning walks with my pup on the beach, beautiful evening sunsets, pool time for my boys. Location was perfect and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway. Andrea was also so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

A beautifully decorated and appointed home all around, but the star is the copious deck space, which, along with well-placed windows, offers sensational sunset views. We all had fun, including the dog! When we had questions, the property managers were immediately responsive.
This entire vacation started with our kids (ok, and myself) wanting to make sure we could take our 12 year old rescued dogs. Finding a place for one medium sized bully breed is hard enough. Finding a place for two is near impossible. This has been a struggle since we rescued them as pups. Finding a home that is also clean is even more difficult. And I’m super picky! We knew if we could take both of our furry girls, my parents, who are the only ones who we trust watching them when we were away would finally be able to join too! This was the perfect vacation for our family of 5, our ‘girls’, and my parents. Leading up to our vacation one of our girls was failing & the owner made extra special attempts to make sure we could get her to the beach & she loved it! The home was SOOO clean. There was so much I ordered for grocery pick up upon arrival that we ended up returning because the home was FULLY stocked with daily necessities- from bath/shower products, to cleaning supplies, soaps, paper products, & even ziplock bags. I was worried about a ‘road’ being between the house & the beach entrance but it was such a pleasant surprise to only see a handful of vehicles going down the street each day. They were either other renters, locals, or construction workers who were working on other homes in the neighborhood. It was so so so quiet and safe! The beach access is so close we didn’t even wear shoes on the street to get there. The sunsets are gorgeous & the busiest time on the beach. I say busy lightly- & you can also view them from the decks. The sunrises were pretty fantastic also- & enjoying coffee from the keurings w/ provided kcups (we don’t splurge on that at home) on the decks each morning was lovely. The days- it was pretty much just us! The kitchen was more than well equipped to make our breakfasts (the kids fell in love with the waffle maker) and lunches-but we love to go out to dinners on vacation (there was more than enough to prepare them there) & those were an easy 15-20 minute drive in any direction from our home for the week. As were attractions like the boardwalks or Cape May & zoo. The pool was perfect. This home gave us the Outer Banks vibe but more quiet & a MUCH shorter drive from home. It’s clean, quiet, chill- but adventure isn’t far away if you are looking for that. Speaking of adventure- fishing & kayaking right on the bay beach are super fun. We have stayed at many vacation homes and this was number one on our list!
The house and property is beautiful and exceptionally well appointed. The views are beautiful and so very soothing. I loved having the bay and it's beach right there and the sunsets truly are awe-inspiring. The owner and the property managers were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would stay anywhere they rented!
This house has everything you need for a great vacation.
The owners thought of everything, they even left a gift bag with treats for the dog. We love that the home is dog friendly. the location is perfect. Quiet neighbor w/ views of the water (Great Sunsets) but close enough to all activities. Love the swing under the deck, very relaxing to sit & read a book.

Sunset Hideaway home has everything you need and more! My part fish part dog named Luna loved her personal blankets (they thought of everything) and having access to the pool and the ocean, she literally was in doggie heaven. When we came home, she was so tuckered out from her warer activities all week, she slept for 24 hours straight! Thank you so much for an amazing week. I only wish Mother Nature would’ve been more cooperative and given us more sunny warmer days!
Let me start off by thanking Andrea and Raymond for allowing us into their home along with their team. From the first time we booked all the way to checking out was nothing but amazing. Your home was so welcoming from entering through the door we just knew right then and there that it was going to be a great week. It’s an amazing home that allowed our family to create many great memories along with reminiscing on the older ones. Sitting on the decks (meaning there are so many to choose from) allowed us to see many sunsets and sunrises while having an area where even our pup 🐶 was able to enjoy this one of a kind scenery. The house was well stocked up with everything you wished you had packed but ran out of room for before coming and needed including beach chairs. We even had fun trying out some of the games you had in the closet which brought us together as a family without electrics. Then after the days fun each day, the awaiting comfy beds were ready for us only to wake up and do it all over again. Thank you, our trip was very refreshing and relaxing 🙏. Bravo and one of the most clean pet friendly welcoming home we have stayed at and we have been to many rentals through out the years. We will be sure to return again.

The beach access is close by and the pool was a bonus to have for family gatherings. We loved the proximity to Cape May restaurants. It's a terrific place to make vacation memories.
