They made it so incredibly easy to have our old grill hauled off. I submitted my request online and someone called me within 24 hours to schedule a pick up. They texted me the morning of to confirm my pick up window and again to let me know they were on their way and about 20 minutes away. The gentleman who arrived was very respectful and joyful and quick. I would recommend them to all my family and friends!

I googled and found this appliance hauling option when we needed our old kitchen refrigerator (Not working) and our garage chest freezer (Working) removed. When I called, there was kind, clear and direct communication as to when, how, and the cost. Very reasonable, cheaper than if I had Lowes haul only the kitchen refrigerator. A polite gentlemen came the following day, backed up to my garage & loaded it. I paid cash. Very easy! Thank you, I would use again and spread the word!

The easiest part of replacing a dryer or electric water heater is having the old one picked up by Indy Pickup. Hassle free and can’t believe it’s free.

Indy Pickup 1111 Team was great! I will never haul anything to the dump again. Forget having to rent or borrow a truck. Forget about having to pay expensive disposal fees. Their team did exactly what they said they would and they were quick and efficient with fantastic communication. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will be a repeat customer.

Indy Pickup has helped our school over and over! We inherited a lot of stuff when we moved into our building and they’ve been there to get all the stuff we couldn’t use. Always friendly and easy, fast pickup.

Great service from beginning to end. Jody is awesome at making all of the initial arrangements and sending detailed, itemized billing for several locations that were serviced the same day. The crew was professional and friendly. Completely satisfied here. Highly recommended.
