They are the best!! Prompt, reasonable and nice! I highly recommend them
They were wonderful and quick in the pickup. Coming from CA was amazed that there was a free appliance pick up with no strings attached. It’s a great service for the community.
Kind and courteous
Very thankful! They came out on a Saturday afternoon and were quick and efficient. I would use them again.
I found them online and contacted them for a pickup. I received a call quickly thereafter and we scheduled a pickup the next day. The next day they came in a truck and hauled it away. Great communication, professional, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.
I called set an appointment. They called before they came. Couldn’t ask for a better company to do this. Give it five stars and I will be calling again. I’m pretty sure thank you very much.
Indy Pickup 1111 was a great experience to work with. I requested a pickup of a few appliances and some other metal, and they were able to come out the next day to haul it away. Scheduling was easy; they kept in contact with a pickup time; and even able to do it without me being present. Great job!
Indy Pickup made the whole process easy. The were friendly, responsive, and quick.
Indy Pick 1111 is the best! The communication was clear about pick up time and the people we dealt with were very personable. The cost was minimal and we will use this company again if needed.
They had quick availability and were very nice!
So glad I found them! AES no longer offers taking old refrigerators to recycle. Great service. Easy online application, communication and pickup timely. Both people I interacted with couldn't have been nicer. They get an A+ in my book!!
I scheduled with this group to pick up an old garage fridge. I texted them then they called to schedule the next day as it wasn’t an urgent pick up for me. The day of pick up they texted the approximate pick up time. Easy pick up and great pricing!
Good communication and easy process!
Great communication and service. We’d be happy to them again!
They came and got my broken dyer the next day after calling. Life saver when you don’t have a vehicle to haul something like that to the dump.
High recommended fast & polite , hard to find these days . Sharing this service with family & friends,
Moderately small nonfunctional refrigerant containing appliance was picked up. Very friendly office person. Nice pickup person who handled it without issue. My only negative is that it took 3 calls to confirm date and time.
