3 million stars for this operation! I made all the arrangements by text and my stuff was gone when Mr. McKorkle said. The fee was nominal comparing to all the stuff I put out for pick up. Great people give them a call!

Terrific job. The two gentlemen who picked up our HEAVY broken washer were friendly, polite, efficient, and PUNCTUAL. I'm going to tell my friends about Indy Pickup 1111 and will not hesitate to use them again.

This service is amazing! I spoke with Tia via text - great experience. If you are thinking, this is too good to be true, like me! You would be inaccurate. Talked to them on Tuesday - Grill and lawnmower picked up on Wednesday. Left in front of garage - gone when I came back. Whatever their business model is I am a fan💪🏻👍🏻.

Kept in communication through email. I was doing a major garage clean-up and found more things I needed to get rid of before our agreed day of pick-up and had to adjust the item list. Was very friendly and accommodating.
I’m giving 4 stars because I’ve tried them before and was the complete opposite experience. I know it’s a free service but was very frustrating. This time was refreshing and I would recommend. Also, was a day late with pick-up this time. But came the next morning so all the items were still in driveway for them. -
