They’re awesome, used Indy pickup twice now. I use the website to tell them what I had (water heater this time). They text to confirm the date. Then they came and got it.

Indy pick up removed an old gas grill for me. The process was easy. All I had to do was leave it in front of my garage and they picked it up as promised!

Super easy! Just filled out the form online. Talked to someone to confirm my pickup date. Then magically, and on time, my items were picked up and gone!

Gentleman was courteous and prompt in arrival as well as quickly picking up the item and taking it away. Although it would have been nice to have had it scheduled sooner (it was a week after I called) I do understand that they have a high number of requests. In spite of that we will definitely be using the service again!

That was a lot of work for just one man in a pickup truck. He was friendly and hard working, but left items behind.
It seems that when I listed all items on the form and included multiple pictures that you would have been able to be better prepared
