I’ve used them 3 times…. Easy as emails with what to pick up with photos, they call to schedule, just have stuff out in front of garage and they pick it up when they say they will… awesome process!

Easy process. I requested. Received a text message to schedule a day. Follow up phone call the day of pick up confirming the refrigerator was curbside. Very easy and professional.

Smooth and easy. I set up a time for pickup. Placed the items in front of my garage, and they were picked up within 3 hours. The employees were polite and worked quickly.

Excellent experience! Tia was super helpful in answering questions and scheduling! Exceptionally fast and courteous phone and text response times! On pick up day, we had an big mixture of everything from appliances, old lawn tractors and mowers, to random metal pieces, pots and pans. Two super heavy appliances were in a basement. We could have never gotten them out, but the crew managed them in nothing flat!
The loading guys were respectful, hard-working and experts at getting their trucks loaded quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Indy Pickup 1111 again in the future. -
