Quick call back when I left an inquiry. Had the item out in my driveway the day of pickup and the item was gone by the time I got home from work. Will be returning customers when I need another big item picked up.

I was very pleased with the scheduling and pickup process for the items I was discarding (a variety of junk I cleaned out of a storage area). It was only a little over 50 lbs but would have been difficult to put in the regular city trash pick-up.

Scheduling was easy and questions were answered almost immediately. The service was completed promptly. I didn’t know there was a service out there to do this so I really appreciated them taking the broken down appliance off my hands. I would recommend to anyone!

The website confirmed the best/quickest way to receive a response was via test message. Boom! I received a response within minutes. Pick up scheduled and completed as agreed w/out any follow up necessary. Well done and Thank you so much!
