Request a couponThey were patient with my mistakes in scheduling and very accommodating!
Good communication. Quick service. Friendly crew.
Very good communication and they picked up as promised. Had 2 others scheduled but they didn’t show up. Glad to have the washer and toolwagon out of our garage. Thanks
Filled out the online form, got a call back to schedule the pickup, the came and got my old dryer.
Quick and easy
Thank you
Amazing customer service! Quick to come get our freezer! Will DEFINITELY use again!!
Great, quick service! Thank you
They were amazing!!!! Had things in my garage that needed to go, a broken refrigerator, a huge metal rolling cabinet (left by previous owners), a broken metal fan, broken metal patio chairs, metal bed frame and a queen sized mattress set. Sent the request form on Sunday, they got back to me on Monday telling me to have everything in the driveway and they picked everything up on Tuesday morning! Minimal charge for mattress set and didn't have to pay until after they picked up. Easy, convenient methods of payment and they were fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend them!
Scheduled the pickup of a refrigerator via text. Set the refrigerator out on the driveway and they picked it up as scheduled. Easy as it gets!
Pick up was smooth. Watched them back in, load the freezer and go.
Since most major appliances are built with "planned obsolescence" and we are a consumable society, your service is so needed. My experience was excellent. I filled out the online form, was contacted, and freezer removed in less than 3 days.
Getting the item picked up was very easy and quick, but the payment process is weird and not very official.
When texting the number on the website I was given a Venmo and PayPal for a person, Not the company.
Simple, easy, quick. Exactly what I needed for items I couldn’t put in regular trash without a charge.
It was all good Nice job
Thank you
The company did a great job. I had a refrigerator that broke and wanted to depose of it. They came on time and removed it. Great job
