Very professional, warm, and prompt. If they miss your call, they won’t hesitate to get back to you ASAP, apologize, and provide clear and effective communication to discuss your disposal needs. They called me multiple times to ensure a smooth experience and each call was concise and respectful. I’m almost sad I don’t have more things to get rid of.

Indy Pickup 1111 was very great in their response times to inquiries, emails and then texting and calling to inform when they would be arriving. It was a very fast and easy process to get our old dishwasher picked up!
