The process was great from beginning to end. My questions were answered quickly. Scheduling for pick up was easy. Paul was the person that picked our items up. He was super nice and professional. I highly recommend Indy Pickup 1111

Our old appliances were sitting on our garage for weeks until I realized they could be picked up for free. I submitted a form on Jan 1, and they came and picked up at 10am the next morning.

Jack was punctual and friendly. I especially like that the refrigerants are reclaimed and recycled. They also repurpose parts and materials so less ens up in a landfill. As a realtor I will be referring my clients.

I have called Indy Pickup 1111 twice now to pickup/haul away broken appliances in the last 2 months. They are quick to respond to the call/text and pickup is fast. TJ has picked up both times and he is so pleasant! I have been sharing their contact information with friends and neighbors who are also looking to dispose of broken appliances. Definitely recommend!
