Valor Ju Jitsu has provided a great way of keeping fit and developing confidence. I'm particularly grateful to Renshi Reece Phillips for working with me and adapting the system to allow me to keep training after a serious accident - which helped me recover my mobility much faster. His willingness to adapt the system has also helped my son who suffers from hypermobility and mobility issues to participate in a great self defence system.
Brilliantly taught lessons.
Both my kids trained in Valor Ju Jitsu
for many years and inspired myself to take up this Martial Art! Fun and
friendly classes! Adaptable to suit all abilities. I highly recommend.
