Dear Fred and Ron, Steve and I would like to thank you for the courtesies shown and care given to my mother, Edna Wilmot, during her stay in the assisted living facilities at Feridean Commons during the past two months prior to her death. The admission process was very smooth, the room accommodations were excellent and the cooperation with us and the hospice team were commendable. We were very comfortable with the care and attention provided to Edna by your staff.We would especially like to thank Lisa Grady and her staff of nurses for their kindness and attention along with Monica Stewart and her staff of PCA's with special thanks to Maggie and Cora. They were quick to respond to our needs and patient in answering our questions. The efforts of the entire staff were greatly appreciated along with my mother's private caregiver, Beth Van Houten. She was truly a professional in every sense of the word and would be highly recommended by us in the event someone was looking for a caring and generous person to help care for their loved one.Doug, will continue to reside at Feridean Commons, and we look forward to a continuing relationship with your facility.Sincerely.
