Highly recommend the fire Shop.
I totally agree with another reviewer. Adam really knows his stuff. I had a badly fitted fire which filled the house with smoke. Adam came round and assessed the problem which he has now fixed. Thankfully there are people out there like Adam who can sort out the mistakes made by disreputable companies. I wish I’d used him in the first place! Highly recommended. Sue and Paul.
We are so delighted with our new Clearview stove fitted by Adam. The whole process was very smooth and he was able to fit it fairly quickly once we had decided on which stove to go with. Excellent friendly service and left the house just as he’d found it. The whole family is loving the cosines of a log burner day and night! Thank you!
Excellent and cheerful service. My room has been transformed. Highly recommended.
Very professional and fantastic knowledge and advice.
Amazing service - Adam really really knows his stuff - looks so much better than we imagined
Lovely work from a professional company; can't recommend enough.
If you are looking for a local, knowledgeable and friendly company to instal your log burner then I can't recommend The Fire Shop highly enough. I recently moved to St Leonards On Sea and was super keen to get a log burner installed in my new home. I'll admit though that I new absolutely nothing with what was involved in achieving this. I did some research on local suppliers and got in touch with The Fire Shop. Felicity answered the phone and immediately answered my barrage of questions. What struck me from the beginning was the lack of any kind of 'hard sell'. I was simply talking to someone keen to share their knowledge. I decided to arrange a survey and that is when I first met Adam. I went from being keen to have a log burner to super excited! This was due to Adam's infectious enthusiasm regarding all things log burnery! I decided to go ahead and order. This is where Felicity really helped out, She made the entire process just really easy. She guided me through everything a beginner like me needed to know.
The instal day was just impressive! Adam and his team turned up and within minutes of arriving had all my furniture covered up and started installing the chimney. It only took a day and by late afternoon the instal was complete and everything was clean and tidy. Then the fun began as Adam showed my how to light my new fire!
It looks magnificent! I am one really happy customer and I can't speak more highly of this service.

Big fat massive thank you to Adam and crew for working really hard to get my fire finished after a hard slog, bruised knuckles and a wonky chimney. I have waited a long time and absolutely I love it
Really friendly and informative. Realistic advice and guidance, were even willing to walk away if they didn't think it was safe to do... Thankfully it was, hassle free, timely reliable fitting. Cracking job. Dog loves it too!!!!!
Adam and his team fitted two stoves for us, one a 100 year old range! The work was done to a high standard with care and consideration. I would recommend The Fire Shop if you're looking for a quality job.
(And we're very warm now, too!)
