We are delighted with our log burner, the advice and knowledge from all members of the team was second to none.
We recently had a wood burning stove installed by The Fire Shop.
We visited their show room and received a warm welcome by Adam. We told him what we had in mind and he was able to give us clear, sound advice on which log burner sizes and brands he recommended to meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest in our request.
When we had gone home and made a final decision we were emailed a clear straightforward quote for the work that we wished to be carried out.
Adam and his team were all very polite and friendly. The work was carried out to a very high standard and they cleaned up after themselves as they went and very respectful to our property.
We are very pleased all round with the advice and service received from The Fire Shop and would highly recommend.
Absolutely love the wood stove. From Adrian coming to do a survey to the beam going up at the end of the job, the Fire Shop have been awesome. We needed extra work doing unexpectedly and it was all fitted round. As we’ve got open plan our 5kw stove warms the whole of our downstairs. Fitted the day before the storms and we had no power for 7 hours so the timing was perfect!
The fire shop provided excellent service and the difference the new fireplace made is amazing.
Nothing was to much trouble and everything was carried out to a very high standard of workmanship.
Always communicated when needed and the end product was more than we hoped for .So thank you.

From start to finish the process of buying and installing our new apple pie stove into our Victorian home was very professional.
On the day Dan & Stu were nothing but courteous and informative. They took every care to cover all the fixtures and fittings in the lounge and left the room immaculate.
I would not hesitate to recommend The Fire Shop.
The Fire shop did a great job on my fireplace in repairing cracks walls either side of the wood burner. during the job we found original brickwork and the guys (Sam and Martin) were very accommodating when I changed the remit from putting heat resistant boards up to now repointing brickwork. Very courteous, efficient and excellent job. Left my home nice and clean/tidy.
From a quick response to my initial enquiry right through survey, estimate and installation a first class service.
The installation went smoothly and the installer left no trace of being here other than the lovely new stove.
From the initial contact, the quotation, right up until the final detailed finish of the installation I have nothing but praise. Both Andy & Adrian were truly professional throughout. The guys who fitted the fire ,Sam & Martin, were excellent with nothing too much trouble & a strong desire above all to please the customer. They came across a chimney problem during the installation which was quickly overcome with cheerful optimism.
You simply can not go wrong with "The Fire Shop"!
Great service throughout, right from initial estimate to completed installation. All our concerns were addressed and the work was done very quickly with zero mess. Highly recommended.
