Request a couponAmazing team! Great service and communication. Opened our eyes to the dangerous log burner that was to be replaced. We 100% recommend The Fire Shop after our install and chimney sweeping.
Fantastic service and beautiful installation. The Fire Shop offered the best service, price and experience and did not disappoint. 100% recommendation!
Had an excellent experience getting our chimney repaired by The Fire Shop. They kept us well informed and were extremely thorough and professional throughout, would highly recommend!
The team at the Fire Shop fitted us a log burner, prior to installation they identified issues with the chimney and advised what was required. Although it took a few months to get the burner ( due to the constant bad weather) we are now enjoying it fully.
The team were helpful and professional all the way through the process. Thanks to your team.
Excellent service, from initial contact to completion of the work, would highly recommend The Fire Shop. Thank you all.
We are absolutely delighted with our new wood burner it far exceeds expectations. Andy and his team were brilliant and did a superb job. I could not recommend more.
Having had the disappointment of being told we could no longer have an open fire which we had had for many years , we approached the idea of a wood burner quite reluctantly. We had a lovely Victorian fireplace that we didn't want to lose .
Following advice from the Fireshop we realised we could indeed have a wood burner and keep our fireplace. Sounds easy but it only really worked due to the fantastic skill and expertise of Mark.
He was so professional, clearly had tons of experience and more importantly paid attention to detail. He was committed to doing a really good job and took pride in his work.
He offered advice about what would work best to maintain the integrity of the old fireplace and it proved correct.
He worked very hard to get the burner to fit into the old fireplace and even replaced the hearth tiles for us.
We are honestly so pleased with the outcome. We still have our old fireplace and the wood burner when lit looks remarkably like the old open fire.
The wood burner works well and I do have to admit is much easier and cleaner than the open fire.
I am so pleased that we went to the Fireshop. I trust them implicitly to do a great job and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a wood burner or indeed any chimney work.
The before and after photos.
I'm so pleased with my two new wood stoves. The team at The Fire Shop were amazing - such good service. From initial advice to sweeping the chimneys, installing the liners, knocking out the fireplaces to final installation of the stoves, the guys worked so hard and were always cheerful, reliable and professional Thank you!
The whole experience was excellent from start to finish with effective communication throughout the process
Adam and Dan worked hard to ensure the installation of our gas fire and surround was completed on the day, and the end result exceeds our expectations.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new fire.
Our flue developed a leak. Andy came and quickly found the fault, then Mark came and did a really neat long term repair. In addition Mark resprayed the flue leaving the fire looking really fantastic. We are very please with the work done and very happy to recommend The Fire Shop 1066.
Excellent, true professionals that really care about their customers and the service they provide. Adam and his team are very conscientious, courteous and pay attention to detail. Highly recommended. Thanks guys. Nick (Brede)
Excellent service from advice on which stove to install to the installation itself. The installation team were on time, friendly, ensured a minimum of mess and disruption and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend The Fireshop
Every aspect of the service we received from The Fire Shop was amazing! From our initial enquiry to our installation was brilliant, great customer service, very clean workers and a very friendly but professional company. Thoroughly recommend, thanks Fire Shop.
I have waited for a few weeks after installation of our Contura 810G to ensure I could give a complete and accurate assessment. Quick summary - perfect. Longer; we got helpful and unbiased advice on the right sort of stove for our house, with a site survey. They arrived when they said they would, and worked very hard. They checked everything was as we wanted, and got on with fitting the fire and the flue. Weather intervened and they wouldn't do the outside work until it was safe for them and the installation but it only was a couple of days. The fire was ready to light at the end of the second day, and we were taken through the instruction manual carefully and thoroughly. The house was left immaculate with extremely skilled fitting of the flue support to a tilehung outside wall. We have lit the fire almost daily since, and it has been exactly as we were told it would be; easy to light, clean and so impressive as a focal point of the room. We are delighted and very impressed (having come from an open fire) how clean and easy to manage it is - there is literally a dusting of ash in the ash box which only needs emptying every other week or so. Fabulous advice, fabulous fitting and a fabulous end result. Thank you.
Excellent service given from first visiting the show room to final installation. Andy helped with the decision making regarding both the appliance and surround. The team that fitted the fire were very clean, efficient and friendly and with fitting completed within the day. Communication was excellent. We are very pleased with the service we have received.

We are absolutely delighted with our new wood burner. A really impressive team with extensive knowledge, professionalism and craftsmanship. The build was not straight forward as we live in the most awkward and difficult old house but nothing was an issue for Adam and his crew. We would warmly recommend to anyone who wants a super reliable service and excellent results. Brilliant!!!
Really pleased with the service from The Fire Shop, from quote through to installation of our log burner. A professional team of guys who calmly sorted out a few unforseen problems arising when prepping our old fireplace and chimney, and remained cheery in absolutely atrocious weather conditions up on the roof. Would definitely recommend.
