Incredible experience! Communication and attention to detail was beyond expectation. Loved the online tracking and updates thru the journey of buying my new home. Very team oriented group that is willing to make you feel informed and comfortable, at any time during the process. Krista is a true professional. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Krista was absolutely amazing. There’s truly not enough I can say about the effort and care she put into getting my loan for my first home. When I was ready to give up she definitely kept my head on straight and kept me going. If you want someone who will go to bat for you, put together a clean file the first time and get you the home you desire you NEED KRISTA! I can honestly say that no one else I contacted worked after 5PM. That alone sets Krista way apart from the rest! Thank you, Krista. You have been such a blessing to me on this journey and I’m so thankful for you!

Krista was a fantastic lender! She met every need we had and was always there to answer any questions, even at 10pm! We felt safe with her as first time homebuyers. She even took time out of her vacation to get our pre approval letter updated so we could get our offer in by 10pm and get our dream home. That is the same home we closed on! We will definitely be using Krista for any future purchases/financing! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home!

The entire process was *chef`s kiss *, to put it mildly. We`ve bought and sold multiple houses and the level of personal attention from Krista was unprecedented. She absolutely is the epitome of what all mortgage brokers should strive for. Krista should 1000% write a literal book on how to be a broker.

I have worked with Krista and her team on two investment home purchases now. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the effort Krista puts in for us. She made us feel like her only clients. Krista works day in and out to make sure you get the BEST deal, and is very attentive during the entire process. Her processors have great attention to detail and keep us on track every step of the way. Thank you so much for your hard work! Great PERSON and great service!!!

Krista is who we worked with and she was amazing! Any questions we had we asked and she never once made us feel like our questions weren't valid or our concerns weren`t valid. She walked us through everything thoroughly. The app makes things super easy. Can`t say enough good things.

Krista Galyon was so wonderful to work with and she absolutely blew me away with her dedication and work ethic. She would still be working on my file sometimes at 9/10 at night! Everything went so smooth and the entire team was so efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough!! Krista truly went above and beyond and I can only imagine what the team did behind the scenes that I don't even know about 🙏 buying a home right now is stressful enough and you made it effortless.

Krista always comes through for my clients! She swooped in at the last minute on many of our deals to save them and get them to closing. I always stress the importance of having a local lender in your corner and Krista goes above and beyond in service to her clients. Even the impossible cases have a way of getting solved with her. I highly recommend her for all your lending needs, whether you're an investor or first-time home buyer, she'll walk you through the process and make sure you get the best rate!

Pete does an amazing job, he is professional and is quick to respond to anything you need. He sold our home in record time and found us the perfect home.

I challenge anyone to find a more charismatic and consummate realtor around these parts. We were so lucky to have him guide us through the house buying process during this weird list-it-and-it-gets-twenty-offers-in-the-first-day time. Pete quickly identified our desires in potential houses, narrowed our expectations (we were moving from Charleston, SC), and gave us instant feedback for any questions we had (seriously, he knows a lot) and could refer us to an licensed professional within seconds. He made the entire process smooth and talked to us like real human beings and I cannot recommend him enough. He also can communicate in memes if you're into that. Last plug for how awesome he is -- he tenderly cared for a car's-worth of house plants during the month between touring the house in person and closing/moving in, so that we could afford extra room in the vehicles during our drive up with our personal belongings. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

The "I've got a guy for that" guy.

You couldn't find a more passionate, hard working, flexible, understanding agent if you tried. Truly a blessing and a pleasure to work with him from the first to last day. If you're looking for a agent that KNOWS EVERYONE then he's your guy. If you're looking for an agent that will go to any lengths to help his clients, he's your guy. If you're looking for someone who will explain the process to you, plain and simple, he's your guy. HE'S THE GUY!

The things we loved most about him: he's family oriented, he's easy to talk to, he's always available to answer ANY questions (Lord, we had so many), he treats every client like they are the most important, he's reliable, and he hooked is up with so many great contacts.

We look forward to having Pete over for dinner, and sending him Christmas cards in the mail.

What can I say, Pete is the man. I met with Pete one afternoon over coffee and explained exactly what I was looking for in an investment property. Two days later Pete calls me with an unbelievable deal on a property that met all of the details we discuss and in the exact area of town I was looking in. Pete even met me at the property at 9am on New Years Day to do a showing. We put an offer in and closed within 30 days. I could not have asked for from Pete from start to finish.

Pete is great. He listed my house and I got multiple offers within a day and it sold above asking price. Definitely recommend his services. Also he's super friendly and you are left feeling happy working with him.
