I am very happy with Metal Carpot Depot. I orderd a 26x21 Triple wide carport, from ordering, finance and setup the experience was good. The crew who put it up were very good at there job and very professional. The crew did it very fast and cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the carport before they left. I would recommend them to anyone. Just remember it doesnt happen overnite it took about 6 weeks from start to finish but I was okay with that. Great carport worth the wait.

Pricing was lower than the competition for the same setup. Delivery and install took around a month. The assembly was quick and professional. Metal quality looks good. I gave the installers placement instructions over the telephone and they executed the job exactly as requested. Also, a Galvalume color was available that the other installers did not offer . Would do business again.

We lost our carport during Hurricane Michael when a 32 inch oak tree crushed it. Thankfully, only the carport and garage were affected!

The replacement of the carport was the smoothest part of recovery. Every aspect of dealing with Metal Carport Depot was professional and prompt. I was most amazed by the skill and professionalism of the assembly team!

There was nothing that could have been better in the entire process!

Great product at a fair price. I was not expecting the vertical install to be more expensive than the horizontal one. The insulation is a must but rather expensive as well. The workers were great and they installed it in one day. Took 12 hours for a 20X25 garage. The permits were problematic. Did not know I had to do it all -- schematic drawings to scale!
Multiple inspections to take into account before and after the install. Overall happy with the results.

Waited 3 months for a carport and then received an email that it can not be delivered and a refund of my deposit was issued. The refund was put on a prepaid card that they insisted we use for paying the deposit. This card doesn't exist anymore so we are out of our deposit too! Beware of this company

Ordered a 18' wide x 36' long x 12' tall building for my motorhome on October 6, 2018. Building was installed in one day on October 18, 2018. Installation and clean up of site was excellent. Building was certified and passed county inspection the next day. Price was about $2,000.00 less than getting one local. I would buy from them again.

Where is the no stars? First they make the site sound like they will handle it, charging the classic deposit required to do work. But nope everything is your responsibility and they bury it in fine print on their FAQ. So you do all the work and then if there are any problems you are out money with NOTHING from them, they never lifted a single finger.
Then as if that wasn't bad enough my mother also purchased from them at the same time, she was able to get all the permits and ground prep done finally, so it came time to actually schedule delivery. Nope, sorry but we only have one order in your area and that is not cost effective we will schedule you when we get more orders. But since she lives in a remote area that may never happen, it has been over 6 months now since they took her money and she did all the work and jumped through all the hoops but nothing! Go with this company if you want to be ripped off, or if you like doing all the work and you live next door to them so they can't claim its not economical to deliver your purchase.
There is that enough of a survey for you Metal Carport Depot!

Waited all day for company to come put up my carport for camper and they never showed up . They used Eagle Carports and I drove fromFlorida to Georgia waiting all day in 98 degree weather and had to take off work for a no show . This is unprofessional and very inconvenient and no way to treat a customer.
