  Was lied to from the beginning, ordered the 13th of January 2021 and was told I would be scheduled in 6 to 8 weeks in the spring. Only delivering not installing. So call a week ago and they tell me I won't get it until the end of May because there are no installs or deliveries in my area. Really put it on a truck and ship it if you can't stand behind your word. We'll now its the beginning of April. So it will be 22 weeks until I can get it, even if that's true. Don't tell people 6 to 8 weeks when you know that's not true. Will definitely find someone local next time that's honest.

  We placed order for a garage in 1/5/21, told us it would be 4 weeks to install, after numerous calls and no return call back we finally got the bldg install today 3/4/21. I even called the salesman and she was going to check status and she never returned a call, my building came from Star Buildings in Nacogdoches, Tx. Then when the crew arrived to install building all they did was drink beer for the last hour while working, then drove drunk endangering other people lives. Do not ever use this company for your building needs.

  I ordered a carport on August 18 2020. I was told it would be installed within four to eight weeks. After that time period was up, I asked for a refund of the deposit. Read the fine print folks. No refund under any circumstances. Since that time I got multiple excuses for the delay, the pandemic, then the holidays and then the weather. The pandemic was ongoing when I placed the order, the holidays are the same each year as is the weather. Finally it was installed yesterday Jan 19 2021, over FIVE months after the order was placed. Very unprofessional. Word of advice --- buy your carport from another source.

  This company has done excellent work,manufactured and installed a 20x20 two car garage very professional.
  After doing some research online I settled with this company to build and install our garage, the staff was very friendly Tracie Warren helped me from the begining to the end, this was was all done during a global pandemic,after our original garage was destroyed from very extreme derecho storm...thanks to this company we now have our replacement garage customized to our liking that can withstand harsh weather in colorado its a beautiful garage,extremely happy highly recommend this company the price very reasonable no hidden cost.

  Tracie did a great job of explaining everything to us about what we had plan to build and gave several helpful suggestions which we took and now we have a nice place to store our RVs.   I placed an order for a shed carport combo in September. Was told it would be installed in 8-12 weeks. When I called last week to see where we were on the schedule I was told they made a welcome call, which we never received, they never followed up and we were not on the schedule. After 6 phone calls taking up half my day they said they can't install until spring because they don't have other orders in our rural area. Cancelling order.
  UPDATE. As of now they are saying they have to have an email to cancel and they want to keep our deposit in spite of their inability to deliver in a reasonable time frame. I can't wait until spring to see if they get in more orders for this area. If that is your policy, you need customers know up front that you have no idea when they will get what they ordered.
  Last comment-Metal Carport Depot has issued a refund and is trying to make amends. Maybe we can work something out.

  They are the "Dealer" for Eagle Carports, the installers of our RV cover. If they are going to promote? sell? Car ports for another Company? they are going to get the feedback as well. I was only told they would let Eagle Carports know, I very much think that will not happen. Any case, not the best experience leading up to the install. Finally installed and lousy workmanship, debris, screws left laying around ( over a hundred to date), drove rod through septic AFTER I marked /shown where it was, Threw a Rv part over in the side woods and more. Too bad they have to hear the complaints about Eagle Carports but too bad., You all sell for them, promote them and feel it could be your reputation as well.

  I received my metal carport on Thursday, July 23rd 2020. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of the product. The technicians who came to my home were outstanding at their craft and great gentlemen. I must admit I was a little anxious after waiting two months, but in the end, I'm totally satisfied.   The process was quick. The carport is well build. The installer was quick and cleaned up when they were through. I really enjoy having the carport. And yes I referred Metal Carport Depot to a buddy of mine and he is having a metal building put up by them.
