We waited 18 mos with another company and never did receive our carport. With this company we just waited a few weeks. Everything happened as they said. They set everything up ahead of time so we were well informed about the process. They asked for pictures of sight so they knew things would go smoothly. Everyone we spoke to was patient and answered all questions. The instillation went very fast . The installers were very efficient. If I were to have any complaint it would only be that they left a lot of screws behind. The whole process was very professional and customer friendly.

The tradesmen arrived on time, worked until 20.00 under light from their vehicle and until 1800 the following day. They were courteous and efficient and I am pleased with the final structure.

Absolutely love our new 20x20x7 carport. I was thrilled the first snowfall, when I didn't have to clean off my car... deliriously happy!

I gave Star a 5 star rating but had difficulty communicating with their main office. I am well satisfied with the building and was very pleased with the construction crew that installed the building. The crew was Joaquin Hernandez, Ignacio Boutizta, Oscar Bartoio and Patrick Herrera. If these men arrive to construct your building you will have a very good crew. The local sales reps were very professional and did an excellent job.

Metal Carport depot is amazing. My husband and I purchased a large carport/garage from them. Mike and Tracy worked with me through the entire purchase all the way until it was installed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!
