  Due to errors on their end we could not have a carport installed or delivered to our property, the first rep I spoke to was very rude, the second was exceptionally kind after I called back about a refund, but then when I emailed their boss (due to a company policy on refunds) Michael Kern Sr. told me he would put me in a line because they only refund once a month and not to call them and waste any of their time. I do not suggest dealing with these individuals, their manufacturer is eagle carports, I suggest finding another seller of their products instead.
  EDIT: The response from the seller is false, my county WILL do permits, but their manufacturer will NOT deliver or install in the county due to problems they have had in the past. Sadly there are some good people at this company that will be very helpful, but the owners are not as you can see with him trying to place blame on the customer who is not at fault, but instead a fault in business practices that could be rectified with a simple list to employees before placing orders. My due diligence is not to call you to place an order to my location and look up and call the company that actually manufactures the carport to verify that they will perform the service that I am paying for through your company. My due diligence is permits in my area, and clearing the zone. The hang up here is on this Metal Carport Depot's side and if they make a mistake, their owners will disrespect you and fail to admit fault the entire way.

  I needed a carport for my RV. I began the research process and decided I wanted an eagle carport. They were durable and stood by their product. Now came the company to assist. I chose Metal Carport Depot LLC, one because it was on my list of recommended companies but also because the company was able to work with me within time limits and flexibility with what I wanted. Customer service was excellent and they kept in constant communication. There was one small hiccup which was resolved very easily.
