I highly recommend Benson Brook . Gary was kind and professional and made the whole process stress free. I especially like the pretty wooden box the ashes come in - looks nice on my mantle. Thank you Gary.

On Feb 25, 2019 we lost our boy Luke. For it being one of the worst days of my life I thank the stars for Benson Brook. I got my boy back the same day. If I hadn’t I don’t think I would have been able to get through it! I send another hug to you Gary!

We had to put our chocolate lab Riley down this past week. It was scheduled with the veterinarian on Tuesday. Monday I called Benson Brook to schedule a time on Tuesday to have her cremated. I spoke with Gary. He is a kind and compassionate man. I arrived late morning and he greeted me at the car. Opened my door and gave his condolences. He picked up Riley and carried her inside. He showed and explained the whole process to me. The next day my husband and I went to pick up her ashes. Again greeted at my door along with his three gentle giants. . I would highly recommend Benson Brook Pet Cremation. I left there knowing Riley was in good hands.
The drive is deep into the woods. Peaceful and serene. A nice drive to clear your thoughts and reflect memories of your beloved pet.
Thank You Gary for making a painful time a little less painful

Our dog Ellie passed around 230 am not much sleep for us afterwards around 430 am I sent Gary a message inquiring about his services along with a few other places. I forgot to leave an email for him to get back to me he actually went out of his way to find me on fb and message me. By the end of the day he had taken care of Ellie with an amount of respect that you should expect but rarely see. Gary worked with us in others ways that we totally didn’t expect but are beyond grateful for. Thank you Gary you are most definitely one of a kind in the best way possible. Our gratitude for you in this tough time is hard to put into words. But thank you and we wish you the best.

Gary is a true blessing to grieving fur parents. The long list of great reviews says it all, so I won't get into repeating what's already apparent about him and the way he does his work. I will say this: losing a member of your family is difficult enough on it's own. Do yourself a favor and allow Gary to take care of this process if you choose cremation. He's kind, caring and does everything quick and beautifully. You just can't find better care for the same great price.

Gary went out of his way to make this painful time as positive as possible. Quick to respond, handled our pet with dignity and care, and showed an honest caring and compassion that is needed when your pet passes.
Personal service at a time like this is important, and he did everything possible to help us through such a difficult and unexpected event.
It's impossibly difficult to lose a best friend and family member pet. Benson Brook made the final needs of our boy a priority and treated our family like we were old friends.
  Recommend highly.
